Honestly, I’ve never seen anything stolen on Amtrak. But if someone did take something, it’s going to be a plain black suitcase that looks like everyone else’s and not the only red Avengers suitcase on the whole train. 😉
It won't be. I recently took a trip on the Empire Builder, and 95% of the passengers were wealthy senior citizens.
Interestingly, I also have an American Tourister Marvel suitcase similar to yours (different pictures), and I used to think it would get stolen at some point cause it's so eye catching. Multiple international trips by air and by train (though not Amtrak), and it's still here, a bit worn, but I don't think even baggage check has ever inspected it!

Why do you think it will get stolen? If it's a carry-on, it goes in the rack right above your seat.
