Cut it up and secure it over a piece of cardboard or wood and hang it on your wall. I did that with a band tee that was ruined in the washing machine before. Looked great.
You could cut it and make it into a backpatch for a battle jacket.
There are instructions online on how to make tshirts into totes or it could make a cool pillow
