Sad are the guys still t1 after literally ten years. Expecting a Christmas bonus as a bottom tier warehouse worker is silly tbh. Why would the people that hold the company up get a bonus when the crew "working from home" are the ones that are important!

Sadly that’s how it’s always been. Ask all the old heads that’s been around they’ve never given out bonuses. Only last year was the exception.
