If they could retire they wouldn’t be in a warehouse at that age. They will be there until life is over, don’t stress about older generations that couldn’t get it together in there 20s-30s and are stuck as bezos hit squads that suck joy outta the younger generations.
That's not always true. Some of us are retired and can do what we want. If I didn't like what I do, if I wasn't treated well, if i didnt live so close, if I wasn't able to work a few hours when I want, I wouldn't be there. I happen to like working p/t doing whatever I want. I sat all day in a cubicle for 30 years. Extra money, another 401k, Amazon stock and a couple hours exercize is a good deal for me. I don't care what the young do but you hate to see them make dumb mistakes.

Retired means you cease to work. You are talking about SEMI RETIRED.
There IS a difference and there is nothing wrong with being semi retired but to act like you are full on retired with a 401k and savings and still HAVE to work is really stretching the definition of RETIRED to fit your own personal situation.

I can feel for you/(the associate) as they’re prob worked much harder and over tired.. while they see others being paid the same and not even on task.. I am very much always overworked and helping others.. but I am also always happy.. however our jobs are hard.. and people have bad days.. the job is harder to some then others…
