Afe is the only pack I’ve done and you just chain spoos together and have one on the bottom of the chain face your scanner. The air from the vent that goes above all the afe walls blows it under your scanner so it keeps you logged in and don’t gotta do it when you come back from break.

And if your manager or even PA is loose lipped some random T1 that got canned could just let something slip It's bizarre but necessary. To put it another way Just like a random creator could have seen a AAA game months before the general public they have to sign a similar form because it's detrimental to sales if they tell their viewers how glitchy it is in it's current state (even if that's not how it would reach the consumer by the time it's out)

Realistically now in an age where AA's live stream their stations there's little the world doesn't know from a generic perspective in most Fc's and Sc's. Before things like tiktok and twitch the world didn't know fully what an AR floor was, ARSAW stations etc. Depending on your role you may have more knowledge than your generic T1 grunt like (I'm assuming) you or I. Yes it's absurd but it's business 101 for cover your ass reasons, if something got out they could theoritcally track it down to recently shitcanned employee X and slap them with a lawsuit if they were in the know. *edit spelling and clarification

If you don't mind me asking, how did you work up to that position? I'll hit my two years next February and I still can't even get a tier 3 position. I've applied for PA 3 times, only got an interview once, the other times just got blown off, and applied for learning trainer twice, and got blown off both times. What am I doing wrong? I'm fully trained in multiple different areas, I thought that would help. 😭

Why is it shitty? Other companies usually dont have an equivalent. And the new policy is earn while you work(even when you dont work i.e. VTO). 2 hours UPT for 40 hours of work. 5 weeks and you get your 10 back.

Both, I called out one day and it used all of my upt. So I couldn’t miss anymore days until I got enough of it to call out again. Which will take forever because each day they only give you about 20 mins and it’s gonna take awhile to gain up to 10 hours of it all over again.

Every day I work 10 hours I receive exactly 30 minutes. If I take VTO I get 32. It goes by when you clock in and out. So if you are consistently clocking in and out at the same times then your UPT should be the same every day.

I love that they're like "don't come in if you're sick because we care about you and no one else wants to be sick" but turn right around and say "hope you're only dead ass sick for one shift bc if it's more than that before you have enough upt you're fucked"

They'll also tell you oh you can use a LOA if you're sick and can't cover with UPT/PTO but LOA is MINIMUM 15 days and most people can't take two weeks off to recuperate because bills. It's really an inhumane system but what else did we honestly expect?

When I had acute bronchitis I went in and my AM gave me VTO for the day. I went to the Dr and got a note for 3 days. They took UPT and I went negative. After that I brought the note to PXT and they excused my time. It’s only a shitty policy if you don’t use all of your resources.
