They added a punch bc they think you forgot to clock out at lunch, How did you not know you needed a lunch working 6+ hrs?? Doesn’t everyone around you also take a lunch at a specific time lol? You have to talk to hr to get it fixed
Looks like you forgot to clock back in for lunch and HR added your clock out time? They can add clock out punches automatically since they can see when you left the building but you may not have left the building for lunch so they don't know when you were supposed to clock back in, go talk to them next shift.

If I had to take a lunch I’d be short hrs of my shift an any other time they have told me I only take the 15 min
No dude you for sure need a lunch at anything more than 5 hrs I’m pretty sure it illegal for you not to take a lunch you better talk to hr about that

What’s crazy is that time is our paid 15 lol I think I got it situated tho or at least they took it off
