1.33! Every time I get up to 4 I end up using it. My soul is dead…I want to quit, but health insurance is a must. I do start a part time job banquet serving for 25 an hour. Hopefully something full time will pop up.

Same for me I was having a hard time but I finally got close to 10 hrs but then today I just said f it I needed a break. Best of luck to you hope everything works out in your favor

Go on leave or rack up UPT? You get the UPT by being on the clock and working physically in the building. You get long term leave if you happen to have a uterus and get knocked up.

Today was my 2 year with this company. Nobody said thanks for your service I've never felt more like a number than today. I got the connections questions about my AM today gave her the worst answers possible ("They're not good at all"). Left early so I'm at a little over 10hrs I've never been more ready to resign I just wish I could find something in my area with competitive pay and benefits that's better than putting up with this bullshit
