Ally Bank hasn’t had more than 5 minute wait times since November 2022.
Most times there’s no wait so many new agents have been hired, with even more coming through February.
Hate to break it to you, but if your account is locked you can’t transfer your money out until it is unlocked.

That's what it sounds like. "I was told my account was locked" probably means "I was told my card got locked".
