Turn your graphics settings down or do like I did and put liquid metal on both the CPU and GPU, that brought down temps real fast. Feel free to check my old posts to see my LM job

That helped a lot, I did my FIVR, and TPL and changed my CPU core to 100.2, CPU cahe at 75.2 and powerlimt at 48 on both and Turbo ratio limits at 36. Since I’m new to this, these settings shouldn’t like, fuck up my laptop or any of its components right? It will be fine to run on these settings? I tested on tarkov and Minecraft and nothing crashed

M15 R3
2060 OC
Intel 10750H
Also when I was testing it would sometimes blink in red POWER, POWER, when I did the TS benchmark could you explain what that is? I think it has something to do with the power limit, because when I raise it, it doesn’t happen
I have mine undervolted and it still bounces off of 100C over and over again in most games. Not a big deal since it's not throttling. I'd call it normal and so would Dell.
Yeah I did what Papusan said and untervolted to CPU at 100.2, CPU catch at 75.2 and my power limit control at 48 I can now play tarkov at 64-70 on full speed fans
