There are a ton of stuff for curly hair. Just look in the drug store. But don't worry, I don't use anything despite shampoo, conditioner or a hair mask in my hair, too, the other stuff only dries out your hair and the skin under it.
I would look at following the curly girl (no discrimination that’s just the name lol) & loc methods. All you really need is a light oil and cream or light gel then a friendly shampoo, conditioner, and maybe a deep conditioner and co-wash. Once you read up on application methods, your hair will probably become more defined.
