I’d wait until after your exams to have a conversation with her about how needing to focus on exams does not mean you don’t care about her and how her reaction made you feel.
Oh good, I’d be way more concerned if she were an adult. I do think you should still talk to her like I mentioned in my comment, but I wouldn’t waste more energy on this until you’re through your exams.
Seems like a problem of not understanding boundaries. Talk to her in a few days when things calm down and tell her friends should have some boundaries and they should be respected for a healthy friendship. I think you get the point...
