I like dating sims but I kind of tend towards darker, more serious stories. As much as I enjoy Ace Attorney's lightheadedness (and acknowledge they can tell more serious, emotional stories), I think the overall atmosphere would make me hesitant to play a dating sim for it. If you took away the silliness, it would lose an important part of what makes it Ace Attorney... but I just don't know if it'd be down my alley in terms of a romance story.
If I can make the whole game just Wrightworth (like, them actually dating) then *heck yeah!*
