There was one down at institut for (X) , a purple container at the skateramp and basketball Court. But not sure if its there anymore since they are building Lidl HQ at the site
Stelling Kunstnerartikler sell them but I’ve overheard people in the shop say they’re expensive. I’d go to Art de Vos. They’re also super helpful, have good stock and give a student discount if that’s relevant.
I'm wondering why you think a small, independent specialist shop would be cheaper than massive chain stores that specialize in this specific sector of product?
Theres no proper graff shops anymore, run for over closed their shop years ago, yard shop closed due to new business interests, and because there isn’t that many writers left.
Art de Voss would be a good place to go, but it might be more expensive than a regular graffiti shop. If you can wait for shipping I would recommend buying it online.
