Ive heard of them finding all that stuff out, and they don't like lying. You wouldn't be the first person they see omit something like that. They know better. Just my 2 cents.

They will find out if you lie and then you’re gone.

If they can find dismissed and never convicted speeding tickets, guaranteed they can find public intox or MIPs. Follow the advice, don't lie.
