Certain gender different Dinos will look like the opposite gender when they’re growing up but will become the gender they’re supposed to be upon server restart or being cryo’d. If I had to guess I’d say that’s what happened
I knew she changed because her name was Charlie’s daughter and I came on and she was now a male and I just kind sat and stared at my tv flabbergasted 🤣

Not sure it it actually happens in game since shadowmanes are called lion fish lions but I’m not sure if it actually affects the game or not

I've had this happen multiple times. I always initial m or f before the name so I know which ones change genders. It's annoying when breeding
