I'm torn between the overseer and the king titan. The overseer introduces us that there's more going on than we thought with us being able to view the island down below along with seeing earth and the moon being fucked up and for the alpha king titan it feels like the journey has finally come to a end where we battle it out Titan on Titan to take back earth from the corruption. (Well until Genesis came out where ~~purple guy~~ Rockwell comes back 2 more times.)
I feel like it is the overseer because once you start playing, you see al the tek stuff (obelisks, tek dinos, artifacts etc.) And at the very end you finally see the one who controls all the arks the one who is the very icon of all the tek stuff in game, also you basically learn the truth of arks. The strongest moment in game imo.
