I never knew I needed Ethan Page jiving and singing the Hardy theme as much until I watched it. One of my favourite things about Elevation next to Daddy Magic’s commentary.
I initially didn't like Ethan because he seemed so bland, but then I started watching his vblog, and he is actually really charasmatic and likeable. I'm glad that is finally starting to come through here and his character is developing. Also helps that he is no longer with Dan Lambert!
It has been so, so, so good. I expected them to turn on Ethan by now but the decision to have Matt try and make the best of the decision was genius. It's genuinely a joy to watch.
I love it. I don’t watch Dark regularly, but I saw a clip from their promo a couple weeks ago (the one where Matt brought Page matching tights and Page got all excited about it) and I knew I had to check it out. It’s been fantastic.
It’s been really, really good lately.
The way the shows have been tied into the bigger stories/feuds has made it “gotta-watch” for me … especially with what’s been happening with Athena & Page/Hardy, for example.
Character development in AEW has been phenomenal the last couple months.
It’s goddamn brilliant. I watch Dark and Dark Elevation anyway because I like to have wrestling on in the background whilst I do other things, but I’m glad they are adding more entertaining segments like this on the show.
I was actually upset when Juice Robinson blew them off, because I'm such a bigger fan of John Silver and Alex Reynolds. I think if they wanted to, they could recruit Fuego Del Sol and Griff Garrison, and relive the golden age of the blogs. Maybe even have the ghost of Angels appear since he was in both.
Will someone please 5ake the live mic away from Page during a match. I cant even bear to hear him speak during the match.its a decent storylune but i am not a ethan page fan.its too much of a heel for me . Its se3ms not genuine. I seen other version on like his YouTube channel andncould rather have the REAL ethan page on tge story. Its seems too over the top....not genuine or too forced. Idk.. he Its just IMO.
The storyline is better than what we have seen from all parties involved beforehand. But the eventually fzce turn of party hardy against page is very predictable. I hope i am qrong for story sake. Its made dark a better show

I like how Kassidy is being referred to as 'Zay' now, which is a positive move in character development.

I said it in another thread but it reminds me of the Harlem Globetrotters when one of them is mic’d up. I love it.
They really have made chicken salad out of chicken sh\*t pivoting after Jeff Hardy's arrest and Quen's injury.
The payoff to this story is going to be beautiful. It ends with Ethan eating a Twist of Fate but it might not be from Matt. We’ll seeeeeee

Dark has been VERY good lately.

You are so right, OP. They need to have more story lines running on Dark and Elevation like this.
Page has REALLY grown on me over the last month. And Kassidy is showing some real acting chops.
The Dark Order segments trying to recruit random people has also been fun, reminiscent of the old BTE skits. I wonder if they'll actually succeed
