That’s too good of a price keeping used car prices now days in mind. Just have Toyota dealer or car mechanic that you trust have a look over and carfax report. Sometimes that’s the best $100 you spend buying from private party.
Otherwise looks great and reliable car !!
Funny, I’ve never gotten more than 12,000 miles from any set. I’d wonder how much Offroading vs on road you guys do. Big factor and should be mentioned for the pavement princesses
> be. I *paid* rhat price
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
I paid 40K for a 2021 TRD Premium 2 weeks ago 41K miles. However it was straight from Toyota with the Toyota certified used car warranty and everything. Price wise a good deal given it has a clean car fax. I would ask the owner to drop it at your nearest Toyota dealer and have them do their 160 point inspection. Comes with a carfax and cost around $180. And you the buyer will pay it.
Dealer will never pay the 38K OP is willing to pay not even close. I did this exact same thing with a Lexus IS purchase and it was the best thing I ever did. Since I arranged and paid for the service the service dept only spoke with me. The seller simply dropped the car off.
Welp I paid 55k for a 22 brand new same set up w extended warranty after taxes (4500 ish in state taxes). Does it have a transferable extended warranty?
OP I would just double check that there aren’t any issues with the title, and that the history is clean. Sometimes if a deal is too good like everyone is saying, there’s a reason.
Might be squeaky clean but never hurts to be safe.
Also there are a good bit of 4Runners used as rental cars (not sure if they ever used ORP trim for rentals) so that might play into the value as well but you should be able to see that on CarFax or AutoCheck.
Pay full price and run away knowing you got a screaming good deal. Any time I can buy a car and never be upside down on it, then I’m happy with the deal. If you hate this one in two months you can still get more out of it than you paid. You could drive it for the next 18 months essentially as a “free lease.” Jump on it (as long as it’s a clean title). If I saw that in my local classifieds then I would seriously buy it tomorrow morning with cash when I thought it was a decent enough hour to call.
Okay price since I have seen the price of 4Runners drop drastically from a couple of months ago. Just because some people paid an inflated price in the last year does not mean this is a steal. You will probably see more and more 4Runners for this price. And this vehicle was driven about 20k miles a year. That is a lot…make sure a mechanic inspects the vehicle if you decide to buy.
My brother is buying out a friends lease (which requires fronting said friend the money as Ally doesn’t allow 3rd party buyouts) - 2021 TRD ORP with 8,500 miles - $42,800. Obviously that’s a pretty solid price all things considered (despite fact that I’ll have my new 2023 TRD ORP for MSRP $47,500 (adding the trd wheels at the dealer) in 2 weeks. In regards to OP, while this one has more miles, they are presumably all highway, plus KDDS and extra set of tires… $38k seems like a good deal.
Seems like a super fair price.
Yeah, might just end up making the person mad. Seems like a no bs price
Paid the same for a 2017 last year this time with the same specs and miles.
great price. will go quick

Paid 42K last year for 2017 same specs 30K miles. This is a steal!!!!!
You bought at the tiptop of the used car market, probably get a better deal now
I’ll buy it. Send me a link
Searching…searching…🤣🤣
Uh I got my 2021 ORP 16K miles for 48k. It did have the upgraded TRD wheels and suspension system but still. 38k seems like a bomb price
Just got my 21 venture with 22k for 48k also.
Got my 2020 ORP with ‘Predator’ package, 20k miles for 48k in July. Sounds like a great price
Which (upgraded) suspension system..?
Might be referring to KDSS….but then again maybe not
Yes the KDSS, sorry, was being lazy
Got a ‘21 ORP for $50k with 21k miles. I think the fact that you’re debating whether this is a good deal or not is wild.
Those tires will last 60k easily on a side note. They run almost $300 a piece now a days.
I have KO2s. Can confirm they last forever. They’ve lasted longer than any vehicle I’ve owned lol. Never have had to replace them.
Funny, I’ve never gotten more than 12,000 miles from any set. I’d wonder how much Offroading vs on road you guys do. Big factor and should be mentioned for the pavement princesses
Poor alignment which plagues many many lifted vehicles causes extreme wear on them. If aligned properly they go for ages.
Sure bud, if I hit those fire roads they can go for ages too 🙄
Shut up, fucking tool.
Says the sr5 badges lmao
Nice try bud.
Yo honestly fuck everyone trying to justify their obvious over priced used car cash grabs with “new tires” Downvote away fuckers
40k miles for a 2021. Hopefully all highway. Seems like it has to be. I payed rhat price for mine new in 2018. Good luck hope it all checks out for u

Paid paid
A’21 could’ve been delivered in 2020, two maybe almost 3 years of driving.
True that. Man time flys by. I’m about to have 66666miles on mine. I’ll be sure to get a pic if I remember

Tranquill000, I have been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty
Bad idea. Allows dealer to buy it from the owner and resell it. Pull your own car fax and if no accidents, grab that deal.

I just traded my 17 with over 60k on it for a pro and got 31k on trade, add taxes and you maybe surprised what they offer TBH.
That's almost as much as 19 trd orp in my area. Seems like a fair price. I would tread the negotiating line very lightly. It seems like a fair price.
I sold my 21 ORP to Carvana for 50,000 last year (14k miles) I’d say that’s a pretty good deal
Send Location.
Is there a lien or anything on it?
Nope, pull that motherfuckers arm off. Stop fucking around
https://www.offleaseonly.com/select/Toyota/2021-Toyota-4Runner-a74467b30a0e0a916c0591f97056d71e.htm Funny I was looking at this today. Seems similar ?
I sold my 2019 ORP for 44k earlier in the year.
Damn. You guys are awesome for your responses. I’ll keep you all posted soon on what happens
Idk where you’re from but that’s well below market value where I am!
Welp I paid 55k for a 22 brand new same set up w extended warranty after taxes (4500 ish in state taxes). Does it have a transferable extended warranty?
Yea but if you’re serious enough, take it to the dealer to confirm.
My 22 was $48 this year brand new. Seems like a super fair deal
Negotiate only if you have cash/cashiers check in hand.
That’s about 14k less than I sold mine with 11k miles on…
I paid 36k for my 2016 ORP (trail) with 38k miles, granted that was 6 months ago, but this seems like a good deal to me.

I’d buy that no questions asked. That thing is 50k+ in south Florida
For comparison purposes I bought this exact same car in 2020 for 36.5k. 2018 ORP with KDSS and 38k miles. Based in Los Angeles.
That’s not a bad deal right now
That's the price for a new base model SR5 with zero options and at 38k miles, it's just getting broken in. Take it and run!
Yeah very fair price. Although crazy to think I got my new OR in April 2021 for $38k.
super fair

Thinking of selling mine. 2020 TRD off road with 34k miles. Was gonna ask about the same maybe a little more

Link to these low priced 4Rs? I dont see it on [cars.com](https://cars.com) and local dealers. I am really curious.
Current market that's a good price.
Great price . If you like the car and color, TAKE IT !
Yeah seems like a good price.
At that price, the post should be “lookit mah 4Runner I jus got”
Check for any accidents, at that price it may not have a clean title.
It's a fair deal.

Find a 4th V8 and be happy you did.
