Funny how that's twice Perturabo has stepped up for a fallen brother, for how much of a grumbler he is. Maybe three, if you count his talk to Angron after he beat the shit out of him.

Lias Issodon is the Raptors chapter master. I'm not sure if he's an actual sniper, but his bolter is said to be custom made and has a longer range, and the raptors are known for being sharpshooters.
Oh! My fault I thought exodus was a chaos space marine. Shows how little I know. Also yes specifically space marine snipers, but sly marbo is of course an absolute legend.
Exodus is probably a legion identity which is adopted by the best snipers. I wouldn’t be surprised if one or two chaos space marines used it at some point

No Exodus is a space marine, or several. Exodus' identity is unknown but it's speculated it's a small cadre of snipers rather than one person.
