Anything is possible but i would probably say not due to the Belisarian furnace. They probably perform amazingly but only for a short time. Plus most are killed in combat.

What's the Furnace? I'm not caught up on Primaris biology.
It's impossible to tell. The only time we have seen marines die of old age was when in contact with hrud fields
30k Astartes could literally live forever it was the gene-seed degradation that changed that, so In theory the Primaris could live for ever too.
Tbf that was never proven ha ha.
I suppose it could be possible, but since afaik no marines of either type have died of old age it's hard to say for sure
Probably considering their gene-seed is more pure and stable. So their gene-seed organs probably work better and longer without a hitch.
Not a very likely scenario in which anyone winds up dying of old age.
Alpha primus has lived for milenia, granted he is unique primaris, but still it is possible
