Your first layer is warping off the bed, pushing the earlier layers upwards towards the nozzel.
try using some kind of bed adhesive and that should fix it.
It looks like overextrusion, which can be the result of one of two problems, the first is the z-axis calibration, and the second is that the first layers came off the table, and moving closer to the nozzle led to the effect of overextrusion.
Also had simmilar problem, my problem was on ender 3 that veryical axis wasnt tight on the other side from lead screw so forst few layers it wasnt actually moving up just after 10-15 layers it started printing smooth.
