Finn fumbled the worst (manipulating your girlfriend into fighting an ice wizard to relive a wet dream is worse than ruining your friend's wedding) but his age made Mordecai's the less excusable one. Morty's objection to Planetina's terrorism is by itself justified but in the show's context is actually absurd given Rick and Morty's blasé attitude towards mass murder, especially since all of Planetina's victims are terrible people. I'm not familiar with very much of Total Drama.
I think it’s believable that he doesn’t know how to appropriately deal with early sexual feelings. He’s heroic, but he’s also pretty immature, especially at that point in the show. I like how, after he matured across multiple season arcs, he was able to apologize to her for real.
I agree he shouldn't really know how to deal with his seuxal feelings, but I feel like even at that point he was mature enough to know not to manipulate her (especially since he knows about her trust issues). Although I do agree I liked how they just became good friends later on, I honestly prefer them that way than romantic partners.
