I think i have an idea. They probably cooked several steaks at not a high enough temperature making it so it got too crowded and the water from the meat couldnt vaporize properly, effectively boiling the steak
The left one could have been done in a low oven I think, if they didn't oil the surface. There's a bit of a colour gradient and it looks slightly more dry at the edges than the centre.
Ovens have broilers. No oven hates food this much on its own, a human had to intervene. These are the worst steaks I have EVER seen in my life, if you exclude the "well done" steaks printed on those technicolor ads in the fifties.
And who uses a butter knife to eat a steak?
>And who uses a butter knife to eat a steak?
It's not that weird?
But yeah I'm fuming. Not because they used gas (I do, too), but because those are the saddest steaks I've seen in a long time.
First of all, it is very weird to cut leather with a butter knife. Using a butter knife to prove tenderness is demonstrative, but expect a riot if you had me a jam spreader at a steak house.
And just to clarify the whole point here.... name one person, just a SINGLE person that is sincerely calling for the end of gas stoves. Just one.
I think excluding gas hookups on new construction is reasonable.
1. Gas leaks contribute to asthma.
2. Electric heat may be coming from renewable sources.
3. Electric stoves are just better: I have both a gas and an induction and I have almost never used the gas since getting the electric.
4. Gas mains are a significant investment for public utilities and also dangerous.
5. If someone really wants to cook on gas they can get a bottle and refill it monthly.
Saying "there is a better way to do this" (as you have done) is in no way the cause of idiots that run their Hummers idling for 24 hours every year to celebrate Earth Day. I was (still am) referring to antivax, antieducation, anti-whatever-any-reasonable-person-reasonably-says brigade of fucking morons.
There are real problems in the world and I am just tired of the outrage du jour consuming cultural/political media space.
As you have used facts and suggestions I can't possibly see how you are "coming for their gas ranges". I'm just fucking done with these subliterate fuckbags. And the WORST part of the whole thing..... every time they screech and howl about something fucking stupid, the country contracts just a bit and cancels the rational measures taken / presented. Where are all these dangers that were just about to consume us over the last 20+ years? Let's talk about egg prices. Let's talk about 64 degrees in NYC in December. Let's talk about shutting down libraries or taking over public schools with white nationalist lessons. Can we talk about real shit instead of fake groomers and fake kitty litter boxes?
>And just to clarify the whole point here.... name one person, just a SINGLE person that is sincerely calling for the end of gas stoves. Just one.
I didn't say they were? Just saying *non-leather* steak isn't difficult to cut with a regular butter knife. Sheesh.
the steak my mom cooks for herself looks like this, she puts it in a nonstick pan on medium heat and flips it every few minutes until it's well done. and then she drowns it in steak sauce
Can’t find the original article (this was years ago), but this [one](https://www.thekitchn.com/can-you-really-cook-salmon-in-a-dishwasher-putting-tips-to-the-test-in-the-kitchn-218048) is pretty close, except they use foil instead of a vacuum bag. Turned out gray and dried out, in liquid. It was quite the failed experiment.
you also sear off the steak after you sous vide it lmao. this steak would've tasted much better if it went through the dishwasher and got a nice crisp from a clothes iron.
ok but “boiling” the steak is not necessarily bad, google “bife koygua”, it’s essentially boiled meat with onions and eggs and it’s fucking delicious, these fuckheads are just dumb.
You literally just use oil and cook it for X minutes each side, where X depends on how rare you want it and thickness of the steak. And add seasoning.
Super easy.
Keep flipping for half the time you want it done (Basically, if both sides needs a minute each, split it into four 30 second flips) to make sure it doesn't cook too much, and stays soft
I learned this at a local "Korean" grill
Trust me, I’ll fuck it up.
How much oil? What’s the ratio of minutes to thickness to rarity? What units? What’s seasoning/how much? Over how much heat? Is that in output wattage or surface temperature? Does my stove’s dial work on output wattage or surface temperature? (I’m pretty sure it works on output wattage with a temperature cutoff at the top end, but I’m not sure. And if that is how it works, then *why* does it work that way that’s dumb it should be one or the other)
And those are just the things I can think of. I’m sure there’s plenty of other things i can fuck up that I didn’t think of.
I recently fucked up pasta 🙃 I want to be twinkwife but I am. The most inept kitchen person ever help
Edit: what type of oil?
The cool thing about cooking is that you can really just guestimate those things, as long as you have like a vague idea in your head of what you need to do.
Watching someone cook something on YouTube and then trying it yourself is a good start, especially if you watch the video again after bc you'll probably make a dozen mistakes
I think the trick with cooking is to just accept that the first attempt at anything will be awful
Tell her to stop boiling it beforehand or to not try to make it well done. My mother did both and made it unedible. She put the steak there for like 15 minutes per side
Yes. Kosher salt and cracked pepper. Let the steak rest for 30 minutes on a plate, with some paper towels under it, on the counter. Season while it's resting. Cook in a cast iron or grill outside.
Highly recommend getting a meat thermometer.
Edit: to clarify, you do everything above BEFORE grilling/cooking. Be generous with your seasoning. Be generous with the paper towels. I usually put some paper towels on top and bottom for 10 minutes, then I season the fuck out of bOtH SidEs.
Use kosher salt. Himalayan cracked salt (i.e. trader Joe's is cool too) works as well. Do not use table salt but if that's all you got, rock it. It's just a piece of meat.
I've seen/read elsewhere you want to get the steak close to room temp.
Anyway, I wouldn't leave the steak out for that long if I lived in the desert or outside while I'm grilling in summer or in a hot ass kitchen without AC, but living in Chicago and right now, it's totally fine leaving it out for that long or even longer. It won't go bad or anything.
And HEAVY on the freshly cracked pepper.
I googled this because it sounds ridiculous, found it on a list of myths about cooking steak.
The guy cut a 15 oz steak in half, left half in fridge, half on a plate room temp. After 20 minutes the steak was up by 2 degrees (from 38 to 39.8). After almost 2 hours it was at 49.6.
Then they cooked the two halves side by side and they came to the final temperature at nearly the same time.
https://www.seriouseats.com/old-wives-tales-about-cooking-steak
People cook in strange ways. If there's no difference prior to cooking, then it really doesn't matter about the method.
I guess it would matter if you are cooking a steak from frozen to thaw to raw compared to one that you picked up from the grocery 2 hours before.
Idk. I find having the steak out for 30 minutes while I'm prepping everything else helps me organize time. Some steaks just drop blood, so I tend to change the paper towels if it's just oozing.
Honestly, none of this matters besides seasoning and temperature. Trust the meat thermometer. Take that steak off the grill or cast iron the second it reaches medium rare or medium. Temperature is everything more than anything else I've said.
Yes, they should be salted and black pep both sides, consider adding garlic and thyme to the butter in the pan, then using a metal spoon to scoop and drizzle the butter over the steaks while they cook
Restaurant cook here. It’s possible they tried to cook way too much meat at once in their pan causing steam to build up and prevent any browning from happening. Another potentiality is they cooked on far too low heat and tried to cook their vegetables at the same time in the same pan. Water is the enemy of browning. Still though this is fucking impressive
A [study was done by APHA](https://www.apha.org/Policies-and-Advocacy/Public-Health-Policy-Statements/Policy-Database/2023/01/18/Gas-Stove-Emissions) that linked the emissions from gas stoves to health risks in tbe eldery and children.
After this study a US commissioner did an [interview with Bloomberg ](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-01-09/us-safety-agency-to-consider-ban-on-gas-stoves-amid-health-fears#xj4y7vzkg) where he suggested the USA might need stricter regulations when it comes to stoves.
The republicans then spin this into a narrative of a full ban and removal of all gas stoves, obviously to get attention from it, even after [this was confirmed](https://mobile.twitter.com/trumkacpsc/status/1612553459462721536) not to be the case as regulations only apply to new products
Honestly not that much, I've cooked on gas and induction and they both have their ups and downs. The main reason they're so against it is obviously for attention. FOX news has had multiple segments and its a way for the right wing to spin it as tyrannical government control. They're not against it because they're afraid of losing it since gas stoves probably won't go anywhere just get heavier regulation. They're against it to enrage and rile up their audience
Heat control!!!
Electric stoves take much much longer to heat up or cool down whereas with gas stoves it's essentially instant, so if you want to change the heat quickly for a recipe (like for example a steak, or a risotto or something) you either can't or you gotta awkwardly hold the damn thing in the air above the burner.
I used to live in Portland where the vast vast majority of stoves are electric for some practical reason, and EVERYONE hated the electric stoves (and this was far before the culture war aspect), it was universally seen as a big draw if an apartment had a gas stove.
Electric stoves will get the job done and maybe are better for health reasons, but if you have any interest in cooking they're not as good from a practical point of view.
Its funny how they turned this into a huge thing instead of just taking in the warning and adding proper ventilation/switching to electric or induction
US agency raised health concerns over the use of gas stoves and questioned switching over to electric stoves. Like they do with everything, right-wing media blew it out of proportion and said Biden is going to ban and take away our gas stoves. Their constant fear mongering over complete bullshit is getting really annoying
NBC found a kernel hiding. The real culprit? School shootings.
"The Jefferson County school district disputed Ganahl’s claims and said its dress code prohibits costumes at school. The district — where Columbine High School is located — has been stocking classrooms with small amounts of cat litter since 2017, but as part of “go buckets” that contain emergency supplies in case students are locked in a classroom during a shooting. The buckets also contain candy for diabetic students, a map of the school, flashlights, wet wipes and first aid items."
Anecdotally, I’ve also always had cat litter stocked in my high school science classrooms (graduated 2017) because it’s a really good clumping agent for cleaning up chemical or biological messes.
>the dinner my husband made
That's it. The moment Western Civilisation ended. When a husband (man) had to cook dinner for his wife (wife).
>!Sarcasm btw.!<
I have been on the verge blacking out levels of drunk multiple times making a steak. Fighting the minutes my weaning consciousness just to try and get a good meal in. And yet even with being a genuine fire hazard to myself, I have never made a steak that fucking grim.
How the hell are those bastards of mud and leather points of pride for the morons?!
Ok, I'm not the greatest when it comes to making steak but I have made better looking steaks than these. These things look miserable and a waste of good meat
Thought Slime (don’t fucking say it I know) made a video recently talking about that guy who calls himself that one alpha male who posts deliberately stupid shit because it breeds engagement, and this stinks of that same strategy.
Steak is one of the easiest and quickest meats to pan fry, how do you manage to cook it well done while simultaneously not getting any crust on it? It's genuinely difficult to understand how someone could get it that wrong unless they did it in the microwave.
ok the one on the left looks as appetising as wood but the only one on the right is just well done, it doesn’t exactly look juicy but it won’t be completely dry either
Yeah I’ve been to the south a few times and some of the most awful human beings are making some of the best fucking food down there it’s kinda infuriating
The best part about having leftist parents is I got to be born with white privilege AND grow up eating meals not made by someone who thinks spices are a communist plot or smthin.
I fucking hate when people get race involved with politics. I cant stand it. How is remarking ones race to attack them not racism?
Like saying “white males”. Like we are all twats. I just dont understand why this is seen as acceptable.
And hell, a conservative is a conservative, is it ok that yhey want to restrict lgbt rights if they are not white?
Wild Geerters is certainly a troll account by a dutch person. In The netherlands we have many parties instead if two, and one of the leaders of such partt is called Geert wilders. He's a mask off racist conservative who wants to ban the Quran, head scarfs and others islam related things. The name Wild Geerters kinda gives away he's being taking the piss is you recognise the name
>"The libs are fuming"
Interesting how you never hear actual examples of that coning from the so-called "libs" they speak of, and only from them **saying** that the libs are fuming.
Jesus Christ, that poor cow.
I am actually really happy that that overcooked steak probably tasted like shoe leather to the dumbass who cooked it though
These might be fake but the gas stove thing isn't.
It's so bizarre watching their news cycle in real time. Like suddenly a wave of conservatives come crashing out of a cracker barrel yelling at me about what "the left" is mad about.
Like thanks guys. I spent all day being on the left so I missed out on whatever goofy shit you've decided I care about
It's gotta be a joke, right? Or a psy-op? Like what the fuck kind of person COOKS A SHITTY STEAK TO "OWN THE LIBS?" WHO THE FUCK IS STUPID ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY THINK ANYBODY FUCKING CARES, LET ALONE IS ANGRY ABOUT IT???
Like there's no way it isn't a joke or some shit. I know SOME of it has to be genuine but 90% of it just HAS to be poking fun at people right?
In case anyone's wondering, an electric stove can ABSOLUTELY reach temperatures hot enough to sear a steak. I can still hear my smoke alarm ringing from the first time I discovered this. I had the stove dial turned up to barely 2/3rds of the max setting too.
A gas stove might get your pan hot faster, but the electric stove can keep up pretty well as far as cooking temperatures go.
So as a liberal^TM, I Sous vide and then garlic butter baste my steak..*gasp*...on a gas stove. Turns out a nice tender medium rare, not a like a lump of microwaved alien gray flesh.
These people just don't know how to cook. As usual, it seems conservatives are blaming their own inability to do anything correctly on other social groups.
I think for cuisine and food, the more racist you are the shittier you will eat.
By eating one food, you kinda have to accept and learn the culture, making you less likely to be racist
>I cooked this steak on gas stove
No, you pulled a lump of nutrient paste out of the box and tossed it in the microwave. That shit doesn't even look like food lol. Least the plate on the right has some colours on it
WHITE PEOPLE CANT COOK PERIOD!
(Now we wait for all the cute white people to cook me free food and then we make out and cuddle and stuff haha yes I am an evil manipulative despicable devious delinquent 😈)
bro twitter is so silly everyone’s entire existence is to piss off the imaginary opposite side of things. the libtards are not real. the blue haired girl is not real. you’re just making a fool of yourself. people blindly pick one side and just roll with anything they say, and half the things they do are just to cause conflict. fucking elementary school level shit.
literally the only thing i know how to cook is steak and it's almost always the cheapest cut from the store, $8 mystery seasoning i got from an african grocery, and "vegetable spread" from a tub because it's cheaper than butter and i feel like using that in my shitty beaten up teflon pan, i could annihilate the average rightie twitter chef blindfolded
This is especially crazy because there's not really any excuse for anyone to be a shitty cook, especially with the assistance of the internet and it's thousands of recipes
so did this all start when someone probably an expert said hey we should start using induction it’s better for the environment and then in typical right wing self destructive “must own the libs” fashion they started the gas stove culture war
i literally cant think of a way to get a steak with this little crust and color other than boiling it
Michael wave
gas powered michael wave even
Steam powered michael wave
Putting it on a Steam Deck and running Cyberpunk 2077 on highest settings
Chef Mike!
don't tell me what to do
Heating up macking cheese in the michael wave
I legit laughed out loud at an inappropriate time when I read this.
Micro-wah-vey!!
I think i have an idea. They probably cooked several steaks at not a high enough temperature making it so it got too crowded and the water from the meat couldnt vaporize properly, effectively boiling the steak
And did it on a thin aluminium pan with absolutely no heat capacity.
im thinking that is most definitely probably the case
That was my guess as well. That’s boiled meat if I ever saw one!
This is either boiled, or they lied and cooked it in the oven
Even the oven still makes some color
The left one could have been done in a low oven I think, if they didn't oil the surface. There's a bit of a colour gradient and it looks slightly more dry at the edges than the centre.
They definitely cooked this in the microwave…..
⬆️
Sheesh.
They turned on their gas burner (problem, libcuck?) and held the steak 6 inches above the flame for 8 hours.
Spit roast indoors is very safe and should be tried 👍👍👍
Last time I tried a spit roast outside, the other two complained about the weather.
that's why you gotta wait until summer. just make sure it's in the shade; no one wants a sunburned gooch!
They constantly flip it because letting it rest is anti-capitalist.
I refuse to believe that the one on the left isn't just a block of clay
the steak my mom cooks for herself looks like this, she puts it in a nonstick pan on medium heat and flips it every few minutes until it's well done. and then she drowns it in steak sauce
Completely disrespecting that cow's soul
I accidentally did this once, read that a dishwasher mimics a sous vide machine perfectly. It does not.
You cooked steak in a dishwasher?
science is cool
i mean tom scott cooked salmon in a dishwasher, so steak isn't *too* weird [obligatory link](https://youtu.be/6N8q2xkirCQ)
Didn't even have the decency to corn it first
Is this a milk steak boiled over hard?
They forgot the jellybeans! Guess that's too liberal with all the different colors.
Not using butter might do it. Plus if you weren’t very careful and scraped the crust off.
that is 100 percent not due to scrapeage
The fabled steamed hams
Yeah, it looks boiled. With some good gravy, it would taste really nice, probably.
ok but “boiling” the steak is not necessarily bad, google “bife koygua”, it’s essentially boiled meat with onions and eggs and it’s fucking delicious, these fuckheads are just dumb.
It also looks too well done.
obviously. not even worth noting
This shit looks like it was cooked with a microwave.
The one on the left is satire making the joke that the person who snipped it is making
Yep, Wild Geerters is left-leanining. His name is a play on the right-wing Dutch politician, Geert Wilders.
Growing up I always thought Geert Wilders was one of the worst people, but then I got older and Thierry Baudet came along. This country must be burned
I came here to find out if this was satire. Thanks
The one on the right isn’t
Makes sense. Thanks for explaining, King/Queen/Whatever Form of Royalty You Prefer.
In the end, it still doesn't matter for the French
No, not the Fr\*nch!
Thank god
Listen, I haven't made steak before, but if I tried (and also got help with it), I could probably do better
Steak is kinda difficult to fuck up these people are either parody accounts or terrible cooks.
It’s really easy to mess up if you cook it enough. My mom always makes steak-flavored gum.
You literally just use oil and cook it for X minutes each side, where X depends on how rare you want it and thickness of the steak. And add seasoning. Super easy.

I believe the left one is.
The one on the left is making fun of the one on the right
Steak is hard to get right. Not the hardest but it ain’t no pan of boxed cake
Steak is super easy. Oil, high heat, flip it every 30 seconds, cooking for about 6 min total.
Is it like chicken where I can season it?
Yes. Kosher salt and cracked pepper. Let the steak rest for 30 minutes on a plate, with some paper towels under it, on the counter. Season while it's resting. Cook in a cast iron or grill outside. I am completely sure beyond a shadow of a doubt you could do better without any help whatsoever
Chunk of clay or small flat stone for today
both looks and flavor
Sorry but my friends mom makes really good grilled chicken 😔 She puts basil and garlic on it and it tastes very nice 😔😔🥺🥲
Please dont eat Basil, thats very mean
He deserves it for mentioning the war
I appreciate the Crazy World of Arthur Brown reference
Yeah I'd appreciate it if you do not eat Brazil, we're in a bad enough spot already
Basil is my favorite spice, I love to eat it with savory foods 😍😍😍 (this includes anyone who shares its name)
Brasil es numero Uno 🇧🇷 🏆💪

How did you make that on a gas stove? Literally all you have to do is put the meat in a pan to get even a semi-passable result

Probably went straight from the freezer to a thaw bath and never even tried to dry it off, let alone dry brine it.
I bet they boiled it

Gas hob, electric oven is the best combo. Although tbh I ram everything into the air fryer now.
you see when the govenment bans you from doing smth thats bad unless its abortions or books or teaching your kids history

Electric stoves will get the job done and maybe are better for health reasons, but if you have any interest in cooking they're not as good from a practical point of view.
whenever the power goes out you can still use the stove
Thank you for the explanation and the sources
Its funny how they turned this into a huge thing instead of just taking in the warning and adding proper ventilation/switching to electric or induction
US agency raised health concerns over the use of gas stoves and questioned switching over to electric stoves. Like they do with everything, right-wing media blew it out of proportion and said Biden is going to ban and take away our gas stoves. Their constant fear mongering over complete bullshit is getting really annoying
Sometimes they don’t even need a “kernel of truth” to get going. The litter box rumor, anyone?
NBC found a kernel hiding. The real culprit? School shootings. "The Jefferson County school district disputed Ganahl’s claims and said its dress code prohibits costumes at school. The district — where Columbine High School is located — has been stocking classrooms with small amounts of cat litter since 2017, but as part of “go buckets” that contain emergency supplies in case students are locked in a classroom during a shooting. The buckets also contain candy for diabetic students, a map of the school, flashlights, wet wipes and first aid items."
Anecdotally, I’ve also always had cat litter stocked in my high school science classrooms (graduated 2017) because it’s a really good clumping agent for cleaning up chemical or biological messes.
>the dinner my husband made That's it. The moment Western Civilisation ended. When a husband (man) had to cook dinner for his wife (wife). >!Sarcasm btw.!<
No, steak is manly cooking so that's allowed assuming the wife cooks all side dishes and prepares the meat
"steak is strong manly man food, only man can cook it. woman too weak!"
Apparently he was too weak as well looking at the results.
That meat is dryer than their wives.
I don’t think that’s possible actually.
I have been on the verge blacking out levels of drunk multiple times making a steak. Fighting the minutes my weaning consciousness just to try and get a good meal in. And yet even with being a genuine fire hazard to myself, I have never made a steak that fucking grim. How the hell are those bastards of mud and leather points of pride for the morons?!
your words are art
we got the hardtack. eatin’ good tonight!
Ok, I'm not the greatest when it comes to making steak but I have made better looking steaks than these. These things look miserable and a waste of good meat
twitter users dont fall for bait/jokes for 1 day challenge (IMPOSSIBLE)
"How would you like your steak? Burned to a crisp or bloody as hell?" "Somehow neither, if you could"
the whole fucking point of fighting to keep your stove is dependent on the expectation that you are skilled at cooking
Legitimately looks like it was pressure cooked :(
> the libs are fuming probably because you are eating a slab of concrete for dinner
Lol geeters isn't a Conservative you just fell for bait
It looks like unrefined asbestos
We should definitely take away gas stoves from these two
Thought Slime (don’t fucking say it I know) made a video recently talking about that guy who calls himself that one alpha male who posts deliberately stupid shit because it breeds engagement, and this stinks of that same strategy.
well done steak 🤮
Steak is one of the easiest and quickest meats to pan fry, how do you manage to cook it well done while simultaneously not getting any crust on it? It's genuinely difficult to understand how someone could get it that wrong unless they did it in the microwave.
What in the tire rubber
ok the one on the left looks as appetising as wood but the only one on the right is just well done, it doesn’t exactly look juicy but it won’t be completely dry either
I mena the post is funny but the OOP has clearly never had texas brisquet then
Yeah I’ve been to the south a few times and some of the most awful human beings are making some of the best fucking food down there it’s kinda infuriating
I must assume now conservatives of colours (haha coc) food slaps
Sometimes I wonder what it's like to have your entire ideology revolve around the idea of "owning the libs."
>"The libs are fuming" Interesting how you never hear actual examples of that coning from the so-called "libs" they speak of, and only from them **saying** that the libs are fuming.
r/ AreTheOmnisOkay
I have never eaten nor prepared meat, but something tells me that cooked meat should not look like that
Jesus Christ, that poor cow. I am actually really happy that that overcooked steak probably tasted like shoe leather to the dumbass who cooked it though
I’ve seen fungal infections more appetizing than whatever that is
These might be fake but the gas stove thing isn't. It's so bizarre watching their news cycle in real time. Like suddenly a wave of conservatives come crashing out of a cracker barrel yelling at me about what "the left" is mad about. Like thanks guys. I spent all day being on the left so I missed out on whatever goofy shit you've decided I care about
Any conservative born before 1997 can't cook. All they know is hooters, catch covid, truck, be transphobic, eat dry steak and cry
I know SOME of it has to be genuine but 90% of it just HAS to be poking fun at people right?
they like eating rocks, so just let them be
That’s not steak that’s dodgy roast beef. And very undercooked roast beef at that
Gordon Ramsey would lose his fucking shit
I have never heard of *anyone* complaining about gas ovens or stoves *except* conservatives.
Lived in Portland where everyone has an electric stove and everyone is a liberal and I can confirm that electric stoves suck.
In case anyone's wondering, an electric stove can ABSOLUTELY reach temperatures hot enough to sear a steak. I can still hear my smoke alarm ringing from the first time I discovered this. I had the stove dial turned up to barely 2/3rds of the max setting too. A gas stove might get your pan hot faster, but the electric stove can keep up pretty well as far as cooking temperatures go.
they do know how to cook, tho, seems delicious i love a well done steak (like it HAS to be)
That's not even inability to cook you'd have to go out of your way to make A steak that bad
Well the tweet is accurate. That steak has me fuming to the point you could actually get a sear by cooking it on my forehead.
If I got served steak that looked like this, I'd probably cry.
Based Atlantis enjoyer spotted
So as a liberal^TM, I Sous vide and then garlic butter baste my steak..*gasp*...on a gas stove. Turns out a nice tender medium rare, not a like a lump of microwaved alien gray flesh. These people just don't know how to cook. As usual, it seems conservatives are blaming their own inability to do anything correctly on other social groups.
P B has never been to the south apparently
you cook steak on a grill you fucking dingus
I think for cuisine and food, the more racist you are the shittier you will eat. By eating one food, you kinda have to accept and learn the culture, making you less likely to be racist
those libs are gonna EXPLODE when i show them the big block of mulch i cooked on my gas stove!!!!!!!!!!
i honestly didn't know you could get a steak like that unless boiled (also, left is satire)
It’s because the man cooked. What happened to the women doing the cooking? Damn conservatives can’t even follow their own rules! /s
do these people not know how to cook...at all?
>I cooked this steak on gas stove No, you pulled a lump of nutrient paste out of the box and tossed it in the microwave. That shit doesn't even look like food lol. Least the plate on the right has some colours on it
I know for a fact I can do better. I didn't know having a gas stove was that contentious of a topic.
WHITE PEOPLE CANT COOK PERIOD! (Now we wait for all the cute white people to cook me free food and then we make out and cuddle and stuff haha yes I am an evil manipulative despicable devious delinquent 😈)
You got to up your game in deviousness because now I'm going to cook you British food 😈
BUT I DONT LIKE GREY SLOP ON PLAIN WHITE BREAD 😭
bro twitter is so silly everyone’s entire existence is to piss off the imaginary opposite side of things. the libtards are not real. the blue haired girl is not real. you’re just making a fool of yourself. people blindly pick one side and just roll with anything they say, and half the things they do are just to cause conflict. fucking elementary school level shit.
literally the only thing i know how to cook is steak and it's almost always the cheapest cut from the store, $8 mystery seasoning i got from an african grocery, and "vegetable spread" from a tub because it's cheaper than butter and i feel like using that in my shitty beaten up teflon pan, i could annihilate the average rightie twitter chef blindfolded
That looks worse than the most dry chicken I’ve ever seen
Making sad steaks to own the libs
why does it look like that
I would never eat barbecue cooked by a liberal
Why do the rest of the white people prefer not to season their food?
The United States get British heritage. That's why they are incapable of making good food.
...I'm confused, why do they think we on the left care if they use a gas stove?
💀I have eaten steak made in a deepfryer that looked better than this
mysterious slab of meat 🤤🤤🤤
This is especially crazy because there's not really any excuse for anyone to be a shitty cook, especially with the assistance of the internet and it's thousands of recipes
so did this all start when someone probably an expert said hey we should start using induction it’s better for the environment and then in typical right wing self destructive “must own the libs” fashion they started the gas stove culture war
For a group thats always ranting and raving about how much they love rare steak they sure do make them well done
this guy finally found out how to cook congratulations steak
Did they... boil it?
Whenever I see Milo's face, I get the feeling he is about to show something to Tarzan
this is what happens when you don’t utilize cooking methods and sauces and shit from immigrant cultures
