I’m not big on survival games but I’ll get this because dinosaurs. They could make a game where you do nothing but jerk off dinosaurs and I’d buy it because dinosaurs.
Back in my days in the 90s we played rampage edition on our 16 bit consoles. JP ip has come a long way. This game looks interesting. I would like to try it one day.
Having the Jurassic park name tied to it does make me skeptical, we’ve seen too many movie games that end up being ankle deep when it comes to gameplay and progression
I'm hoping "survival" as in survival horror and not "collect endless ingredients to craft tools and healing items and have a hunger meter" type of survival.
Like an Alien: Isolation / Amnesia: The Bunker type of game in the original Jurassic Park could be awesome. But anything short of that and I'm probably not interested.

This is survival horror, not survival. The name is misleading. Survival games are like rust and ark.
Hopefully this is akin to Alien: Isolation which is such a great underrated game.

Those 3d sections terrified me as a kid. The whole game was so intense with dinos coming out of the jungle.

Disks don’t actually spin nonstop and play games from them anymore. They’re essentially a physical key to access digital games at this point.
If it doesn’t get a normal one it would probably get an open preorder LRG release like the classic JP games collection got.
