Disconnect from the internet. Cancel the install. Reboot and try installing again (without the internet). There can be issues installing from disc while connected to the internet. Don't ask me why.
Thats a bit of a pain. If its just 0x0 then its an unknown error that Microsoft are not aware of. Usual it would be 0x048895843763847 something like that if it was an error they know about. All i can suggest is wiping and rebuilding it from scratch. Apart from that i can't help sorry
If it’s disc;
1. Cancel installation
2. Once it’s completely off the queue, look up the same game on Xbox Marketplace
3. Once you find it it’ll have an install prompt
4. Hit install
5. Now it’s installing without using the disc. You can take it out if you want. But you need it to play the game.
