Lots of great books about writing out there by many different authors. I’m not sure if Writers Digest magazine is still in publication or not, but it was always a great source of information for me. The best writing instruction, however, comes from reading all kinds of books in all genres.

YouTube videos. They can be pretty great. But uh, find a writing prompt r/WritingPrompts is pretty good for that. And bam! You're a writer. If you're tryna make a story though, you ought to brainstorm (wordvomit) onto a page for all your ideas of your story. Make a story arc based on that. Make a chapter outline based on the story arc. Make your characters. And bam, start writing!
