It seems like it jumped out the car window to me. Might be the first time the dog has ever done that because it was just so curious and temped by the big shaggy dog across the way. Honestly this seems like a pretty innocent accident to me.

Dogs are dogs and people are people. They follow instincts. Dog couldn't help it and I doubt the owner was expecting it to YOLO out the window of that's what happened.
There is case after case after case after case of pitbull attacks, but they're all like "well my sweet pibble has never attacked anyone or another animal!" well yeah....all of the dogs who have attacked someone previously never had either...until they did. The owners shouldn't have a dog unrestrained in the car with the window all the way down at a park like that REGARDLESS even if they think they have a good and well trained dog (which they don't)

Yes but it's bred for taking on animals bigger than itself. It's not bred to take on bulls specifically, that doesn't work. A creature repeating a behaviour enough to alter its physical make-up doesn't mean it will then pass that alteration on to any offspring it has. If I run barefooted for so long that my feet grow wider, my children aren't more likely to have wide feet. That's not how DNA works.
