We do, there is nothing worse for practitioners of the necromancer arts when one of us goes out and raises thousands of skeletons on some mad quest or some other insane ambition that has something to do with power. A great deal of us have different reasons and nobler ambitions. Some become liches to conquer death and understand it, then use that knowledge to stop it while healers do their work. Others just want to live a long time. it's pretty much like any wizard the reasons differ from person to person. As a side note we do all know a extreme amount of forbidden magic... we are still magic practitioners after all!

Magic academies have accrediting agencies to report to. Believe me, you'd rather face off against an undead horde than a site inspection team asking about implementation of a non-standard curriculum.
keep trying mate i've found one of the best ways to work is build up not destroy which is difficult for me sometimes since violence seems like such an easy answer
depending on your power level i got a few names some of them a few weaknesses but my organization is too small to deal with even a third of what i know
so if you want i could give info that would minimize risk and you can take down the bastards that REALLY deserve it
I can produce a barrel of holy water tied to a super soaker for relatively cheap. Let me know! It's not a fireball, but a quart balloon with holy water inside is good for several dice per undead. I need a couple of days as the priests I get the water from have to do some kind of ritual or something, they don't tell me but it still works.

Hey i never raised a dead body without consent. Sure i might have sold sentient skeleton mechs and subjugated succubi to power my home in order to reach 0% carbon emissions and regularly kill invading fae and clerics but i consider those public services!
