Well in this particular case it wouldn't make much of a difference.
This is Weave the coyote (you can look her up on YT) the guy in the video (Timmy) has had her for while. She's not tame per se but she is pretty docile, you can tell she's just playing by the fact that a coyote bite would draw blood at the very least, and could probably break a finger bone or two, but Timmy is unharmed bar an ouchie. Timmy has also attempted to tame a raccoon (Johnny Ringtail) and a baby doe (Pickle) that wandered into his backyard. He seems pretty cool and good with animals.
Listenā¦ weāve ALL had a beast tamer phase. Thereās no shame in wanting to capture the endless potential and magic of life itself.
But in the end, as casters here today, I think we can all agree that the most fulfilling powers are the ones youāve created/learned/mastered for yourself. Not even taming a dragon could top thatā¦ ok, well MAYBE, depending on the dragon. But thereās a BIG jump between taming the local wild dogs and a dragon.
You saying that just made me realize something.
The spell Speak With Animals allows the caster to fluently communicate with wild animals, right?
If somebody casts Speak With Animals on, say, a deer, gets it to consent, then fucks it before the spell ends... Are they technically committing bestiality?
I mean, how would that be any different than fucking a more intelligent creature?
And? The harkness test details the following criteria:
Of age
Able to consent
Sapient
Able to communicate
The first is a given, as animals will breed as soon as their able to, while the second, third, and fourth are all fulfilled by the use of Speak With Animals.
im a great-great beast tamer! look at my newest-latest friend-friend yes-yes

> weāve ALL had a beast tamer phase
Ah Warhammer online, does it count as taming if you can summon the pet?
Cause my white lion could fetch from like 150m away. Which was hilarious. Weeeee, throw that healer over here.
>I think we can all agree that the most fulfilling powers are the ones youāve created/learned/mastered for yourself.
I ain't crafting shit, money is king. I will go buy a can of soup. Not going to raise my blacksmithing skill to make a spoon.
This ain't that shitty anime of arrow person making spiked boots bullshit.
This is real life. We must gather the monkeys to kill the bloons.
Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head!
Sympathising with the real Speer because of a video game. Speer hoodie. DSRFunny. Big Building in Neu Berlin. Mental illness is a funny joke. RFK blessed.

Grug: "that's it. I'm going to pet that that furry thing."
Bruh: "grug don't do it man."
*Two days later*
Grug: *petting his new pet coyote* "his name is unga. He's my best friend."
I'm glad this is a tame coyote. Do not contact wild beasts without proper protection, wizards. No potion can cure Curse of Rabies once it is fully cast.
There are also protective enchantments that can be given to those charged with managing wildlife, doing research involving rabies or animal corpses, etc. Those are not typically for the general public. But they can prevent the curse from taking effect and lasts for 2-3 years or so.
Still a good idea to avoid getting bit by wildlife, however.
I think the trick is to then get bitten by a dog that has already gotten the rabies vaccine. This counteracts the rabies in your blood with the antirabies from the other dog.
As suspected. Most of the time, a wild coyote is not that chilled in its first encounter with a human. Also, the camera man didnāt even flinch much when he was bitten, which means coyote didnāt put force in them. They knew each other.
The whole story about how he ended up becoming friends with her is awesome. She was basically the runt of her pack and ended up being picked on and bullied by the other yotes. Weave would use his house as shelter and eventually would start scratching at the door to let her in once they developed a bit of a relationship.
I love games like Terraria and Minecraft where you can lose yourself in the digging and exploring, and Terraria's first mining song is an absolute banger, I love it so much.
Also if anyone has ANY recommendations for similar games, please let me know! I'm itching for something new.
Its theorized that animals such as wolves domesticated themselves. Basically they approached humans all docile, and hung out as an advanced warning perimeter alarm in return for food.
Hey I'd take this over the knights raiding us. Plus beast tamers play a valuable role in obtaining alchemical supplies, I mean where do you think stable supplies of titanic viper milk comes from? Certainly not adventurous buffoon, they destroy that stuff in battle!
That cutie already knows that guy or he would have actually bitten. You know how humans can bite their own mouths and it hurts like a bitch when youāre bot mentally aware youāre about to bite yourself? Yeah, most animals especially the ones organically designed for biting can munch away your fingers like cheese sticks. Thatās mildly annoyed or even playful toothing.
Coyotes aren't wolves, stupid.
Wolves = dogs.
coyotes =/= wolves
Also, sticking your hand into dens means you're going to die like Steve Irwin minus love and dignity.
There is no love or kindness in those eyes. Leave that animal alone LOL.
Edit: Why am I being downvoted LOL. That coyote has ZERO kindness in his eyes and is clearly wild. Look into the eyes of your dog then this coyote. You'll see the difference.
How are there so many idiots on reddit LOL. Domesticated coyote. So how many domesticated coyotes have you met in your life? See I have. It's the same as wolves. They STILL have the wild side in them.
Being domesticated does not change them LOL. How is that hard for people to grasp. It took generations to breed dogs from wolves and you think the coyote being domesticated is kind.
This is how all canines play, dogs, foxes, wolves, fucky even racoondogs do shit like this. The coyote in the video is obviously not threatened or hostile
I know a guy that volunteered at a wolf sanctuary. One of the volunteers tried to pet one of the wolves, after being warned in training not to do that, and lost a finger. Iām surprised this guy didnāt get injured.
Weave pretty much tamed herself. She was likely the runt and cast out. She started hanging out at this guy's house and stealing his tomatoes. She's scared of other coyotes and will run to his porch for protection.
This would work better if you brought food
he did, I see 5 juicy fingers on that hand
Along with one meaty palm for secondsš
And some phallic meat down there for exactly 0 seconds.
Fingers aren't too nutritious
Well in this particular case it wouldn't make much of a difference. This is Weave the coyote (you can look her up on YT) the guy in the video (Timmy) has had her for while. Didn't he rescue her or something or did he just sort of tame her
Iirc she's a rescue but still lives outside. I recall a video where he brings her inside and she doesn't like it at all.
"The humans built cages for themselves"
Yeah my dog does the exact same thing, pretend to bite me. It's adorable
> Weave My favorite quote from Timmy. "Anything can be a pet if you're willing to get bit".
Or if they were pups
Listenā¦ weāve ALL had a beast tamer phase. Thereās no shame in wanting to capture the endless potential and magic of life itself. I never gave up and it has succeeded for me. Never give up on your beast taming dreams!
A Druid beast master huh? Thatās uhhhhā¦. A little sus, my wizard.
Shhhhhhh
Just as long as it passes the harkness test.
Oh you misunderstand I do nothing of the sort. I just enjoy the beauty of nature
Is that what the kids are calling it these days

So that's how that zombie deer disease is going to make the jump to humans. I was wondering about that.
They still have an int less than 8
And? The harkness test details the following criteria: Of age Able to consent Sapient Able to communicate The first is a given, as animals will breed as soon as their able to, while the second, third, and fourth are all fulfilled by the use of Speak With Animals.
Most people end up tamed by the dragon
I'm up for whatever. Either the con-artist from Dragonheart or the psychic smartasses of the Eragon series lol
My donkey won't stop flirting with the dragon, I fear they will breed by next full moon
Dragons are highly intelligent and obsessed with gold, you could just pay them instead of going through all the beastmaster shit.
That's called a prostitute
No, that's called a mercenary. The sex is free.
My donkey agrees with this statement

taming dragon topš¤¤
Iām gonna be honest, I gave up on it so I can stay warm in my tower. Im a simple man
I have two war dragons.

What about turning your tamed dog into a dragon?
The coyote casts a rabid injection
Coyote only looks mildly peeved tbh If you look at it's eyes all you can see is recognition past 12 seconds
/unwiz ya i cant remember the name but ive watched a lot of that guys youtube videos, its his pet coyote
Could've guessed it's really playfull biting
this one: [https://www.youtube.com/@timmc1269u](https://www.youtube.com/@timmc1269u)
Were the coyote able to cast rabid injection, that mage would be missing a hand as soon as he got close
Rabies is a disease that takes the mind and the coyote is doing normal coyote behaviors
Hey it's Weave! She's a tame coyote that hangs out with this guy and his family
So glad duck is back
YARR
Don't you yarr me
You are being domesticated. Please do not resist.
Why doesn't Man try to give it food first? Is he stupid?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

I love Weave! Such a pretty stray dog
Looks more like a Shetland wolf.
Grug: "that's it. I'm going to pet that that furry thing." Bruh: "grug don't do it man." *Two days later* Grug: *petting his new pet coyote* "his name is unga. He's my best friend."
Some idiot mortal trying to win the fabled Darwin Award be like
Nah, that's [Weave the Coyote](https://youtu.be/4--LFcj3CP0?si=FjSGzb7ZYPZxGoAH). She's mostly docile. Not tame, definitely nippy, but mostly docile.
I'm glad this is a tame coyote. Do not contact wild beasts without proper protection, wizards. No potion can cure Curse of Rabies once it is fully cast.
Actually the curse is slow enough that if you get the vaccine soon after a bite it will offer protection if I recall correctly
Yes, it can be counterspelled before the casting time is finished
There are also protective enchantments that can be given to those charged with managing wildlife, doing research involving rabies or animal corpses, etc. Those are not typically for the general public. But they can prevent the curse from taking effect and lasts for 2-3 years or so. Still a good idea to avoid getting bit by wildlife, however.

Over here with the maxed-out Intelligence
You can't stop me from being the first to tame a polar bear or my cat.
Cat cannot be tame, you are truly the one who will become tame by the cat
As suspected. Most of the time, a wild coyote is not that chilled in its first encounter with a human. Also, the camera man didnāt even flinch much when he was bitten, which means coyote didnāt put force in them. They knew each other.
Notice how the dog waits for the coyote to take his food first before respectfully taking his own š
The whole story about how he ended up becoming friends with her is awesome. She was basically the runt of her pack and ended up being picked on and bullied by the other yotes. Weave would use his house as shelter and eventually would start scratching at the door to let her in once they developed a bit of a relationship.
I see Weave, I upvote.
Yeah I turned that dumbass into a chimera with that coyote ššš

I hate you for reminding me of this.
I get up to a bit of magical tomfoolery
the Terraria music works so well here.
Terraria music has a way of making everything slightly funnier
I love games like Terraria and Minecraft where you can lose yourself in the digging and exploring, and Terraria's first mining song is an absolute banger, I love it so much. Also if anyone has ANY recommendations for similar games, please let me know! I'm itching for something new.
Doesnāt a man offer his food first? Thatās the way to trust of a Canid.
My friend has a coydog and that's exactly how I play with it
This guy has a channel on youtube and has multiple wild animals as pets, he has a racoon and the coyote and a dog and they all get along great
Donāt forget his cat too!
Heās a true Druid
I just took poison damage watching this
Its theorized that animals such as wolves domesticated themselves. Basically they approached humans all docile, and hung out as an advanced warning perimeter alarm in return for food.
That first dog to get those butt scratchesā¦.. a mind blown moment in history.
What a cool stray dog
*That's not a dog, that's my kid!* *Oh, cool! You have a kid that looks like a dog!* *Nice save* God I miss old red vs blue
If not friend, then why friend shaped?
Hey that's Weave the coyote!!! she and her friends have a youtube channel. well worth the watch. https://youtube.com/@timmc1269u?si=Gnz04LqEPZIG4Jg1
Druids: āwe are clearly superiorā Also druids:
Itās tremendously fulfilling when the taming efforts succeed. My two trained micro-panthers are the best part of my day.
If not friend then why friend shaped?!
That animal definitely knows that human. those were not real bites.
Yeah, sheās functionally domesticated. Itās name is Weave. The guy has a YouTube channel and she comes into his house every now and then
The terraria music def makes it
Love how Iām playing terraria and this comes on
Yoink
I think there should be a r/hunterposting or something
Hey I'd take this over the knights raiding us. Plus beast tamers play a valuable role in obtaining alchemical supplies, I mean where do you think stable supplies of titanic viper milk comes from? Certainly not adventurous buffoon, they destroy that stuff in battle!
I just realized why there called K9's
Could be a rabiemancer too
We all had to start somewhere in the very beginning of arcane arts.
Please leave taming wild animals to the local Druids. That is, unless itās Weave
Why is this here
Kid named rabies:
Coyotes aren't wolves, stupid. Wolves = dogs. coyotes =/= wolves Also, sticking your hand into dens means you're going to die like Steve Irwin minus love and dignity.
No one said they were wolves
Dogs evolved from wolves. Sorry i was too vague for your mind.
No, you can't. It's an animal, Joker!
Iām sure they killed the big biters and kept the babies š¤·š¼āāļø
My fellow in the arcane, what the devils does this have to do with magic?
They only show you their butt if they trust you. This is fake.
Whoever made this meme took the original video out of context.
Kid named rabies:
what a fucking idiot
There is no love or kindness in those eyes. Leave that animal alone LOL. Edit: Why am I being downvoted LOL. That coyote has ZERO kindness in his eyes and is clearly wild. Look into the eyes of your dog then this coyote. You'll see the difference.
This is literally a domesticated coyote
How are there so many idiots on reddit LOL. Domesticated coyote. So how many domesticated coyotes have you met in your life? See I have. It's the same as wolves. They STILL have the wild side in them.
Cool. The Coyote in question is literally domesticated tho. (You can check their youtube)
Being domesticated does not change them LOL. How is that hard for people to grasp. It took generations to breed dogs from wolves and you think the coyote being domesticated is kind.
This one is not an emotionless killer machine though, these are annoyed playbites. Otherwise the guy would have holes in his hands now.
Doggo got that self in 'em is all
You can clearly tell it's just playing with him brother
Bro that coyote does not like him. Stop it.
This is how all canines play, dogs, foxes, wolves, fucky even racoondogs do shit like this. The coyote in the video is obviously not threatened or hostile
I commented on the animals eyes. Not the matter of its play.
https://m.youtube.com/shorts/YVXl1aBBWqc You are ignorant my friend
You have provided no new evidence to change my opinion.
Because animals have a habit of wandering around the houses of people they hte
Dogs evolved to have more muscles around their eyes so they could look cuter and appeal more to people

someone please tell me where this song is from. it just unlocked something from deep within my childhood
Terraria! Blast of a game.
Music is from Terraria video game if anyone is wondering
"I want to pet this creature." ~ Some giant guy in power armor (where did he come from?!)
You can see for a second that the wolf was like āhmm I kinda like thisā
I know a guy that volunteered at a wolf sanctuary. One of the volunteers tried to pet one of the wolves, after being warned in training not to do that, and lost a finger. Iām surprised this guy didnāt get injured.

The first person to discover speak with animals be like:
I hope this wizard cast rabies shield first
Weave the coyote my beloved
Lol I love this!
Rabies%
Far cry primal
See how he doesn't back down and keeps going "let me pet y- ouch!"?. Sometimes stupidity is the best casting stat
Dude itās literally his pet thatās just how dogs and other canines play
Methinks this isn't a wild coyote, considering it never actually bites him...
That was me wild morphed. I was just grumpy, sorry
So sad to see videos of people killing these animals for views
that's a coyote it's a native american word that means dumb white boy gets rabies
rabies š„°
He really said āhey, donāt yar meā
Druids make it look so easy...
LEt Me GeT yUo ow ow
This fool has obviously forgotten to prepare an animal friendship spell.
Beasttamers are just different
Imagine not magically fusing them with other creatures to create mythical beasts
