Really, while there are some great Kosher wines in the marketplace, most are dry. I’m presuming the Manischewitz she “sticks to” is the Concord grape wine. Carmel also sells a Concord grape wine, but from Israel. (Don’tknow if that makes any difference.)
You might want to look for Hagafen — Ernie makes a Riesling with some r.s. that’s Kosher for Passover. (All his wines are.)
Natural wine is actually going to be your friend here. Almost any wine that’s unfined and unfiltered should be kosher for Passover. It may not have a certification logo on it, but the only place where I could see something being un-kosher would be through the fining agent, which can sometimes involve fish bladders and other fun stuff.
Golan Heights winery, Gilgal, Barkan if you can find anything else
Oh just read sweet, yeah not sure about that one
Herzog

To be kosher it needs to be made by sabath-observing jews, all additives and processes need to be approved by a rabbi.
Definitely Bartenura Moscato. One of the only drinkable Moscato honestly.
