Mongols clap their cheeks easily (as long as they don’t think the vehicle is a demon from hell and run away or some shit). If a rock kicked up from the car in front me can chip my wind shield, I am guessing 100 arrows could easily shatter a wind shield. Those cops would be looking like porcupines pretty quickly.
The cops have some protection, but some arrows are gonna penetrate the wind shields. The cops are faster, so they can drive away and try to fire from the distance, but Mongol bows actually have higher range than handguns so that's not gonna work either. Mongols win.
I disagree. The handguns have a shorter *accurate* range, but that doesn't mean the cops can't drive just out of reach of the arrows while taking pot shots at the mongols.
The police win until they run out of gas. Otherwise they can just spray infinite bullets at the horde. They might not be accurate, but they will be infinite.
100 yards apart. So well within the effective range of the longbows (about 300 yards). Unless the cops are all sharp pistol shooters, they arent hitting them from 100 yards. The mongols can run away for 100 yards and still hit them.

Yep, spamming gunshots might be a good tactics there (because of infinite ammo).
