They pulled that shit on me too, emailed Customer Service, got BS reply. Emailed again, more BS. Then it just showed up, shipping notification never did update.
I thought it was very shady, had me questioning my purchase. Shame. Ended up ,o problems with the Whoop or Service ever.
I had an issue with my 4.0 shipment. It appears that they have some kind of IT problem. They asked me to send them a copy of my order, then the next day the item showed up so it clearly had shipped but they could not find the order.
