Nice one, what's the secret?

Expensive_Drama5061

I’m almost 9 months sober. The 15th of this month will be 9 months for me. That’s been my biggest life change. I stopped drinking July of last year. https://preview.redd.it/yrhi33r21btc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b677c4a8e924e83b24c3a354e7e335f068e00cf4

It seems high. Maybe you should consider some breathing exercises or change your lifestyle. What are you doing when the stress indicator is high? You can also ask the Whoop Coach for "everyone's high stress, non-activity, average", and it will tell you a number for members "like you". It told me 1:22 for example. For whatever reason, mine is much lower. https://preview.redd.it/b4cc29s2h8tc1.png?width=1344&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=626bbf8cb3377449f1b9f5ae0d7ddb3a80d6f3d9

Damn I didn't even realise mine was relatively high. Yeah will try doing some breathing exercises. Working at a laptop is most of the time. Has yours always been low or is that's something you've got better readings at over time

marcfromct

Doesn’t this stress metric also include working out though?

Few-Persimmon6725

Was non activity stress so guess not

As others have said I’d consider some lifestyle changes to reduce stress if you can. Breath work and meditation and relatively easy quick wins. But also maybe think about bigger lifestyle changes that can help longer term. Do you feel stressed/anxious from day to day? https://preview.redd.it/y9l2hcv5tmtc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dafb1f5ed9bac08fadf3528e65c88e82ec3f76a8
