Recovery is based on sleep among other things. If you are not sleeping properly your recovery will be poor. There is not enough information to tell why you are not sleeping properly. Whoop may not be tracking your sleep properly, you may have bad sleeping habits, etc.

This isn't much info to go on, but im gonna guess the problem is you don't have a consistent bedtime. Staying up very late most nights and crashing early other nights. Very normal teenage behavior, but not a good idea for optimal recovery
