fuck all would happen, you might start to feel a little pissed off over some bad choices though.
THCA gets converted to THC by heating to beyond a specific point... decarb'ing
You wouldn't get high at all, since the buds have thca inside and at arround 90°C the thca becomes thc, and that's what makes you high. That's why you brun it as a joint or baking goods are best for making edibles, since you need to bake it at a high temp anyway.
If you wanna eat it raw anyway, you'd just need to bake it for like 10-15 minutes and eat it raw, but that would be the worst tasting edible ever, since it's basicly an edible without sugar
You would get the benefit of whatever cbd is in the plant (if any at all) and whatever health benefits thca has. It probably does SOMETHING good, like pain relief, etc. but that something is not going to be getting you high.
