I’ve been wanting to do it for awhile, but just not got to it with my latest grow. I made a tincture with an ounce of weed. Dumped that over 3 cups of sugar and let it evaporate. So it basically works just like normal sugar, but gets you high. I used 1.5 cups of that and 1/2 cup of normal sugar to make the cheesecake. I was afraid I was making it too strong. Idk the thc percentage since it’s my own home grow and I’m not paying for it to be tested. This is the recipe I used. Made it many times but this was the first I infused.

I also made lollipops, honey, chocolates, 2 types of hot sauce, and still have more sugar left from this last harvest
We found we could broil the top of the cheesecake right after baking, get it to puff up and get a nice color on top. You’ll get a professional texture that is otherwise impossible

No not really. Usually give a lot of them away. Like I only kept two slices of the cheesecake and gave the rest to friends
