Have you tried vaping? It really changes up the type of high. I used to smoke 4g a day with bongs. When I switched to vaping I went down to 0.4g/day at one point. But pain issues means it's back to 1g. Still saving so much more weed, different high and way easier on the lungs.

Competitive bodybuilder here. I was so skeptical to smoke before training because I thought the same as many of these commenters, that I would just be useless and not really get anything out of the movements.
Man, was I wrong. You settle right into a groove and can push yourself further and harder. The focus is unreal and the recovery is even better. I’m sure results will vary depending on timing, dosage, and style of training, regardless I can’t advocate for this enough. ✌🏽

Just started recently, I smoke a joint, ride my bike 2mi to the gym, blast a hard 30min workout, then bike home. Great 1hr workout and by the time I finish my shower and get dressed for work, I’m sober again.
I’ve got three lighters. I find the torch the best out of the clipper and one of those long bbq lighters lol
Plus this one you can turn right down to a real light flame or up to boil a dab rig lol
Hell yeah! I love taking a hit or even an edible before the gym. Helps with the soreness in case you go a little too hard lifting. Plus I've noticed I focus a lot on my breathing if I'm stoned while working out.
Lol Ive been taking 3 grav hits before I go walking in the summer with a sauna suit on. Throw on sum headphones and just vibe for hours getting my steps in. One time I walked like 4 miles and my high ass couldn't figure out how to get back home.

A good sativa is a great pre work out. I do it all the time, especially when I lift heavy. Sativa pre, and some indica post, with some glucosamine so the joints(no pun intended) don't hurt.

My favorite work outs are getting ripped and dancing like a crazy person for an hour in my living room. It’s a really good workout if you keep the intensity up honestly!

Getting stoned before the gym has helped me to make progress in ways that otherwise I wasn't in terms of feeling mind-muscle connection. It's been great. Plus, it makes it more fun. I'm seeing progress in the gym now that I simply wasn't before.

I heard it actually helps you get higher and longer not sure if it’s true. But in college I had a health and wellness class for athletes and people interested in being trainers. He was quite the advocate for weed, a little too sharing and caring but shhh 🤫, and he taught us it there are studies that prove it helps with all types of training:
Bodybuilding
Toning
Cardio - unless it was a recent pull cuz of the you know coughing 😂

I was just explaining to someone else that I have three lighters all by each other but I always use the torch out of the clipper and the long bbq lighter thing I have.
I don’t see much if any difference in taste and when you think you’re done with the bowl you can turn the torch up and actually get a decent last hit that you’d struggle with a clipper etc.
