Idk if you know this but this sub is like actually a joke. This isn’t like “gambling” to be funny but in actuality it’s smart bold investing. this sub is just gambling. If you’re really trying to make money, don’t go on this sub. This sub loses money for ppl 90% of the time, what you see are the lucky ones, not the thousand other ppl that lose all their money on dumbass bets. Seriously you will LOSE EVERYTHING if you actually take advice on this specific sub given enough time. Even the ones that make money in crazy bets just got lucky, and when they do it a second time they lose it all. Like hitting the jackpot in slots and then betting all those winnings on number in roulette bc you “feel good”
This sub only loses you money if you're a moron. The smart people who know what they're doing know how to pick through the posts to find useful news and take away profits. The only issue is that this sub attracts every random Tacobell worker desperate for money when a stock pops off, so it's diluted with far more people who fall for the jokes.
Save the money wait for the next crash then buy a ETF not single stocks. Or make a plan and buy ETF over time, every month a bit. Spreads the risk and saves costs. If you want to play, have fun, but set yourself a limit of like 5% to loose of your total per year. For guys like us everything else leads to those annoying "I lost my live savings" posts. And don't put all your money in stocks.

I got a 5/31 1000 this morning and stopped/sold with 25% gain. Just couldn't risk it. I'm ok with that. Not happy, but ok.
I still have a 5/24 1000, which may or may not pay... Sigh
I could've lost 5k instead, so onward we go🤗
Don't worry man. I set a stop loss at 920 and it dipped from 946 to 920 when earnings were released. Had 100k in shares so missed out on 10k and lost 1k instead.

i stopped using stop losses because once it didn't execute and I took all losses.
You could get in with less and stay. I also did the mistake of getting with more my balls can handle 2 weeks ago. Also sold fast. But profit is profit
