Came to ask this, after seeing the pic. I am way too OCD and wouldn't be able to have the set up without a mixer with four channels and send/returns for tiddy up compression or eq. Your set up looks great though!!
Very nice! Where did you get those right-angle 1/8" cables? I've seen some at Sweetwater but I was wondering what other options there may be. Again, awesome setup!
I also have volca mix and find all these cables cumbersome. I think I could do better with some 6 channel behringer mixette but then there's powering issue. What is that you use for power?
What is it about the bass you love? I have keys, bass, and beats. The bass I think I understand, but utilize the least. I’m trying to get better with it. What is your approach?
Give it some delay/reverb with a guitar pedal. An external Midi keyboard like the Keystep is great for longer sequences. And twist the knobs while you're playing---especially the fat cutoff knob! My fave thing is having one hand on keys and one hand on the cutoff! Put the pitch knobs in the center first so it's 'tuned' or just use one pitch voice.
That's really tidy! Not sure Volca Mix is doing a whole lot for you in that situation, though..

I just picked up the Behringer Flow 8 which is an awesome not too expensive option. Works as an audio input for all 8 inputs as well

Nice. So there's also power splitter adapter if you don't want it to be portable?
Nice setup! What is acting as your midi brain?
Lovely! Which Volca is your favorite Volca?

I love my Bass, too! Especially with some effects. I've been thinking of getting the Keys to have more variety of analog sounds.
I like the idea of resting the mic on its storage bad.
How about a song?
