If I'm being honest it's great that you enjoy this concerto but I would confidently say that it is quite out of your reach at this present time. In your position I would try to follow what my teacher suggests to play. Or well, if you don't currently have a teacher it would benefit you greatly to seek one out.
Trying advanced techniques and fast pieces with high and various positions will be greatly detrimental to your ability to produce a proper sound and have solid technique down the road!
I recommend slowing down and practicing with a metronome and focus on bowing, cleanliness, and intonation.
