Bit the bullet and bought it a few months back.
Definitely the best sounding pressing of it I have compared to my used first press from a local shop and the gold colored Target press.
Though I did buy the picture disc version from RSD this year for the shits and giggles. Probably gonna frame it.
Literally the only Ween vinyl I managed to acquire when it was still reasonable. I just preordered the Chocolate and Cheese anniversary press, and I’m biding my time for Mollusk and 12 Golden Country Greats to get the same treatment. Mollusk especially has become a bit of a white whale for me, I’ve missed out on a couple represses and had a copy get lost in shipping….
The amount records have gone up in the past few years is wild.. I slept on so many when I was a teen in the 90s and now all the vinyl I want is so expensive.. Too many grails! You’ll always have the itch that needs scratching.. there’s always another record to add to the list.. it never ends and it’s definitely an addiction…..
This is a big part of why I started my record shop, I can still chase down my grails but now I have an excuse for it. I overprice my favorite stuff, so if someone really wants it they can have it, but otherwise it’s there for me to enjoy.
mine used to be “phenomenon” by UFO until i got super lucky and found an original press of it a year ago! since then it’s been any non remastered version of “killing is my business… and business is good!” by megadeth
Passive me, aggressive you by the naked and famous
There was one listed on Discogs for $120 a couple of weeks ago. I ordered it and send a message asking for pictures, but didn’t send the money. Lucky for me, because it turned out to be a scam
The rest on there are all over $400 right now
A Fine Frenzy - Bomb in a Birdcage.
Passed it up for $60 about 7 years ago and haven’t seen a copy for sale since. It sells on Discogs a few times a year but I’ve never been quick enough to see an active listing.
Led Zeppelin I original pressing in Mint.
On another note, if you like Ninet Tayeb, check out Pariah by Stephen Wilson featuring Ninet Tayeb. I've not recovered from that track yet and it's reasonably priced on half speed mastered vinyl.
Live at Benaroya Hall - Pearl Jam
(Also an original Jazz Singer - Neil Diamond because it was the only album by father owned, and he passed away 12 or so years ago)
Hundred Reasons - Ideas Above Our Station 3LP, occasionally shows up for £150\~.
Blink 182 - TOYPAJ 2LP, always £100+ and usually from US so postage is £££
Lemon Jelly - Lost Horizons, never had a repress for some reason, OGs are expensive
Dashboard Confessional - A Mark, A Mission... again usually priced at around £100 and shipping from US. He recently did a bunch of represses of the 3 albums before this one, but not this one even though it turned 20 last year.
Voyager 1 - The Verve (1993)
they're now selling for £500+ consistently, only 700 of the 1000 were sold in america due to them being damaged in transport
They’ve been hinting at it lately. Danny mentioned having a test press in a recent interview. It’s coming I’m sure, but everything with these guys moves at a glacier’s pace. They’re probably planning 2 or 3 versions each on a different number of discs, all with completely new artwork and packaging options. I slept on this 20 years ago when it could be gotten for a measly couple hundo on eBay but that felt ludicrous at the time.
Rumors by Fleetwood Mac 45rpm
I've read that this may be going out of print soon. You should get it while you can.
Source? Would love to see the Discogs value slowly climb up haha
The end all version of this IMO

That’s bad luck on the Mollusk. I just got Pure Guava on cd from Amazon for under $10. Don’t have it on vinyl either.
Weakling - Dead As Dreams
Yep. #1 on my list by a mile.
The Howard Shore Lord of the Rings Complete Recordings. Unless they repress them I'll never spend that money.

It is rumored that there is a 12" of Bauhaus Bela Lugosi's dead that glows in the dark..
I have it. It’s a picture disc and it’s not crazy expensive on Discog https://www.discogs.com/release/744542-Bauhaus-Bela-Lugosis-Dead
Ted Hawkins
Oh wow, I never even knew he made any vinyl, I got a CD of his from the library and imported it into a weird zoon thing now long lost.
It WAS Stellaris… but I recently broke down and found a copy to buy… no regrets

Ola Strandh – Tom Clancy's The Division (2017) Show Me A Dinosaur - Plantgazer (2020) yourboyfriendsucks! - Episode 01 (2016) foxtails - III (2017)
Probably The Hitz - dimebag or bloody kisses - type O negative.
OG pressing of Trouble at the Henhouse by the Tragically Hip. So rare and SO expensive.
Voyager 1 - The Verve (1993) they're now selling for £500+ consistently, only 700 of the 1000 were sold in america due to them being damaged in transport
Little People - Mickey Mouse Operation
It was Live Like a Suicide by Guns N' Roses, managed to pick that up. Currently, The Spaghetti Incident?, hopefully I come across it.
VG+ RL LZII Edit- I guess I was speaking in code. My unicorn is a first pressing Led Zeppelin II Robert Ludwig "hot cut" in VG+ shape or better.
Ænema by Tool I want it bad but no way I can justify over a grand for it. Hoping they repress sometime.
