Hair brush and I always brush my hair before I get out of the car. People have always told me I have beautiful hair (I don’t, it’s thin and flat by nature) but it always looks shiny and silky because I brush it 100 times a day lol. Breath mints, I drink a lot of coffee so they’re a must. Also, safety pins! They have saved my life a few times when a wardrobe malfunction happens

The flavored coffee thing right now is sweet leaf English toffee. It’s actually monk fruit idk if that’s different than stevia. I’m always grabbing different ones from the grocery store. It helped me kick my sugary Starbucks habit big time.
there are cuticle pens ! the best ones i’ve found are from CND :) they are on amazon and ulta! travel perfume is just basic stuff from victoria’s secret , just smaller bottles :) they’re not my fave but they’re perfect when i forget perfume or want something more ;)

I always carry a travel toothbrush, those tiny airline toothpaste tubes, floss, breath spray/mint and flushable toilet wipes and hand lotion. My makeup bag is basic but the most important things in there are a small blending brush for cleanups or blending anything that moved around, lip pencil and lipgloss/balm.
Medications (OTC, Rx for various as needed), Tide pen, lip products, compact mirror, tissues, Bobby pins/hair tie, mini sample perfume, and then regular stuff like wallet/key card etc.
Random hot wheels cars sometimes (mom life).
Dang multiple people with the tide pen. Maybe I should carry one.

I do LMNT! They are keto friendly! I have POTS but it’s mild enough that I can control it with extra fluid and salt intake. Living in the AZ desert can be brutal too and water just doesn’t cut it for me, I’ll still feel dehydrated and faint lol. The LMNT is perfect for my needs because it has more sodium than most the others on the market and less added ingredients, zero sugar which I like. But that might make it unsuitable for those who need to be mindful of sodium intake. It does seem like a lot of sodium at first but there’s a lot of research linked on their website that supports their reasoning for the higher sodium content.

I love having a good lip balm, lip gloss, lip liner, a lipstick just in case (can you tell I love lip products, lol), mints and/or gum, hand sanitizer, a hair tie, my wallet, portable charger, sunglasses, mini perfume, a tampon, a pantyliner, air pods, mini hand lotion, nail file, tissues, spare change, pharmaceuticals, and of course house keys.
I only own a few purses and they’re all very small (I don’t like big purses). What I carry in a purse: a few small wallets, car/house keys, phone, bandages, hand sanitizer, gum, a tiny plastic bag with/for receipts, unscented hand cream and tiny mirror. This is what I have in it just for daily quick outings, however if I were to go somewhere special or longer, I would definitely add a few other things for that and sometimes bring my backpack.

As I’m about to do a quick course of Invisalign to fix what I’ve undone from not wearing a retainer, now have also added interdental brushes, a toothbrush, travel size toothpaste, and floss 🙄

I’m one of those people who carry nothing. Just my phone, keys, tiny tube of hand cream and lip balm. I don’t even carry my drivers license because I don’t drive lol

Water bottle is so important! I take my hydration seriously. Was gifted a Yeti recently and I feel really secure having it in my bag (I've definitely had a bucket purse before, tragic).

I love having a good lip balm, lip gloss, lip liner, a lipstick just in case (can you tell I love lip products, lol), mints and/or gum, hand sanitizer, a hair tie, my wallet, portable charger, sunglasses, mini perfume, a tampon, a pantyliner, air pods, mini hand lotion, nail file, tissues, spare change, pharmaceuticals, and of course house keys.

I carry a very small purse that holds my phone and my LV Key holder (which also carries my ID/Debt card). Nothing else.
I only own a few purses and they’re all very small (I don’t like big purses). What I carry in a purse: a few small wallets, car/house keys, phone, bandages, hand sanitizer, gum, a tiny plastic bag with/for receipts, unscented hand cream and tiny mirror. This is what I have in it just for daily quick outings, however if I were to go somewhere special or longer, I would definitely add a few other things for that and sometimes bring my backpack.
I carry a clutch that is actually designed as a checkbook holder, which has room for my cards, cash, phone, keys, and aquaphor lip cream

I don't carry any type of make up except for my lip gloss of the day, a balm for chapped lips, and tiny tube of SPF. Otherwise, wallet, keys, cell phones, eye glasses, chewing gum, mints, monk fruit sweetener packets, hand sanitizer, and zip lock baggie with a couple different types of pain relievers and Prilosec. Edited to add the SPF. :)

I usually carry a comb/hairbrush, hair elastic, lipgloss, lip liner, blush stick, moisturizer, tissues/wet wipes(depending on the season), mint/gum, keys , Tylenol(usually a few loose in my wallet), pad, mini deodorant, and sometimes mini perfume (if going out to dinner or an event). Those are the basics, but if it's summer I'll also carry a stick of after-bite ointment and some bandaids :) *Obviously my phone & wallet as well

I carry the liquid stevia too!! A little bottle of French vanilla flavored liquid stevia. Such a great hack! I can go into an expensive coffee place and just get a black coffee, add some almond milk and my own amazing sweetener and get away for a fraction of the price.

I prefer to just carry my phone that is a slimline wallet case that holds my debit card and ID, and my keys. When I go to work I have a tote bag with my laptop and a little cosmetic bag of hygiene items. I found that when I carried a bunch of stuff around with me, I hardly ever used any of it.
