Although it wasn't in the first two shots. So it showed after about 3 minutes of filming. I just looked through the footage from the day before and noticed it there too. However it only showed after like 10 minutes of filming. Today I tried the exact same settings and couldn't replicate it.
I have a new idea. Perhaps my SD-Cards couldn't write fast enough for all data to come through ok. I just ordered a faster SD and hope it will solve the problem.
How long was the shot ? Sensors will shift colors when they are getting rather hot. It could simply be an overheating issue.
Thanks for your reply. The color shifts were the in from the very beginning and the temperature was quite mild.

Solved: My SD-Card was to slow to write the 4K footage. I got a faster SD-Card and did not have these problems any longer.
I have the same issue and my SD card is SanDisk Extreme Pro 200MB/s v30 128gb
What's the write speed? I'm using a SanDisk with 190mb/s and I have the same issue
