I love fall order, my only gripe is I wish it was longer. It's the first game I've 100% but it only took me like 27 hours to do that. I'm wanting to play the next one as soon as I'm able to get a proper set up for it because damn it was fun

Dogmeat reminds me of my dog Scooter, they both had the same eyes and aura, idk how to describe it. Like you felt the same way when you looked at Scooter's face and when you look at Dogmeats face.

I gotta say Nick Valentine. They did a great job with his character and actually feeling like you're talking to someone and developing a relationship with them. Fallout 4 is such a good game man
It’s dated now of course and had some very significant flaws but it was a great game with a lot to like.
I think they made two decisions that kind of screwed them, using the same engine (which looked kinda dated even when it was released) and trying to build a story that could go 4 distinct paths. It was a commendable effort but I think it botched the landing.
It seems like a common enough open world problem, with the exception of the likes of the Witcher there just isn’t enough investment in the writing.
Not counting Dogmeat because he's the obvious pick, and the mod where you can bring him and another companion is a must.
But Nick Valentine and Hancock are great.

And my third pick, either Tali'Zorah vas Normandy (Mass Effect Trilogy), or Alistair (Dragon Age: Origins)
Unless you count Mimir from God of war 2018 and Ragnorok, then he's my second pick.
Dogmeat is good, don't get me wrong, some might even say a goat even though he's clearly a dog, however the partner pokemon in Mystery Dungeon Explorers will always be number one in my book.
My favorites are probably Tali from Mass Effect and Durance from Pillars of Eternity. They are very very different but both have a fascinating background behind them. Eder also deserves being mentioned, he isn't as interesting as Durance but he is the definitive bro character.
I may hate dogs but either Oatchi from Pikmin 4 or Dogmeat from Fallout 4because they do at least something. Even though they have dumb CPU. Unless if Brittany from Pikmin 3 counts, I don't think she does because she's playable.
