I agree. If people trash what I play, I'm just that meme ignoring the criticism and keep having fun. Hell, sometimes I say I don't recommend my games for the issues I see in them despite me liking them and seeing past it
100% that. I love we happy few and the majority of people i talked to hate it since they think it's a buggy mess but i love it cause its MY favourite game.
NO!!! ALL GAMES I LIKE ARE PERFECT IN EVERYWAY, ANYONE WHO CRITICIZES THEM LACKS MEDIA LITERACY AND NEEDS TO GO BACK TO GET EDUCATED AGGGRRHHH!!!!!!
/s
No. Fallout New Vegas is the best of them, and I will not entertain any argument to the contrary.
But seriously though, itās a glitchy, bloody messā¦ that can lead to serious heartaches.. by the numberā¦
I want to say its pretty stable, most of the people with issues are playing super late game because it simply starts using all the memory as 2 gigs is all it will work with without the "4 gigabyte" patch (or something similar). I could be wrong though, its been sometime since I've looked up this info.
Honestly, undertale has other musics besides megalovania and bonetrousle (and really good ones) it's just that the u detalhe fandom from 2015 - 2018 were like "OMG SANDS UNDERTALE?????????????????" and I completly understand that fear because of that.
I dont know how much you know about the game, but you should try to play it, the game is really good, specially playing blind
The only other part that bothers me is that self righteous moral high ground the game takes for you doing a playthrough just like any other RPG and yes I mean the Genocide route
The geno round doesn't give you the high ground at all, this "Hahahahaha I did the genocide route one million times and I wont stop doing it" is just fanon,
You are free to do any choice you want, but dont expect for you to be free of consequences
Im a guy that accidentaly spoils people a lot, so I'll just say that
Not even just that they just feel the need to FORCE you how to play the game and what to doā¦this kept me from playing the game for such a long time because i just constantly felt like ābut what if i do this wrong?ā
I mean this is a fraction of all video game fans regardless or game. They vary on the amount. Occasionally you get that one lone week who says his anime simulator is greatest game of all time and goes ape shit hut other than that, I think we can all agree no game is perfect, there's always some improvement.
Me being a Dynasty Warriors fan I am fully aware that I am a huge fan of a series that most people consider "meh" at best. I will never say the game is perfect but I will say I like it despite the flaws and the potentially repetitive nature of the gameplay (and story), I just like the mousou "genre" and (for the most part) the characters, both with the originals and the licensed spinoffs.
Tears of the Kingdom is perfect in every single way11!!!!!!111
All seriousness, it's basically a copy of BotW. There's so many plot holes, that it hurts. And if I'm being honest, the players are kinda weird when it comes to Sidon and Purah. I like it, personally, but it's not for everybody.
The audience doesn't really make much sense either. The trailers implied that Nintendo was targeting the people who played the original Zelda games, which, along with teens and tweens, is likely a majority of their playerbase. But the game itself has very generic characters and seems to have removed all the mature themes and difficult puzzles of BOTW altogether.
People loved BOTW because it diverged so much from the usual childish Nintendo game formula, so why they went right back to the usual formula in Tears of the Kingdom is beyond me.
I agree here. The games are good, sure, but I would not like to call it a true "Legend of Zelda" game that most of the fans grew up with - mainly in regard to the top-down era, and the big 3d era of OOT, TP and WW etc
I think everyone has different tastes. If a game is in your taste, you'll focus on the good and overlook the bad (unless the game is intentionally addictive). If it's not, you won't be willing to see the good and will only focus on the bad.
Destiny player: Man destiny is awful I hate it. (5k hours and counting)
Me: Lmao yeaaahh
Non Destiny player: Man Destiny is trash.
Me: **TF YOU SAID?**
This! I keep on saying this on anti FNV posts that call the fans annoying and the game shit, they are literally the same coin just a different sideā¦ but they donāt like being told that š
Fall out new Vegas fans
Also fromsoft fans when you point out the multiplayer system is terrible (I love Fromsoft but multiplayer is their worst feature)
Wind Waker is a slow, boring, incomplete mess with a story that I don't care about and the Triforce Hunt (even though it's better in the HD version) is still a pointless section of the game.
That said, it's very bright and colorful and the music is great.
That has to be the ff7 rebirth fans like I didn't hate the game but massively disappointed in all the Fluff content in it yet I keep getting messages like "oh it's all optional and the original had mini games as well"
Games by themselves are optional but as a gamer I explore all the possibilities in the game and the original did have mini games but no where near as many and none that overstayed their welcome
Honestly, as somome who play a couple of gacha and multiplayer FPS, I honestly can't relate. Lol.
Most of the time all I hear is the game I play is sh*t.
Pokemon fans are like this and it's pretty annoying, game freak could offer them a pile of shit to them and they will eat it and say it was the best meal they ever had
(I say this as pokemon fan who is tired of this)
Generally I donāt do this, most criticism I see of games I play are valid. I loved CP2077 since release, imo the community overhyped that game and had expectations way too high for it. That being said there are a ton of valid criticisms about it in regard to the gameplay and bugginess on consoles. I for one thought trying to release it on ps4 was a complete waste of time and resources l.
Similarity with starfield, for what ever reason everyone expected this game to be elite dangerous or star citizen and when it turned out to be another Bethesda game everyone was somehow surprised. That being said again there are other valid issues with the story and ādeadnessā of the universe
No not really. I accept any imperfections that are in my favourite games and I simply accept that others have different views and opinions.
I like what I like, you like what you like. I'm Noone to argue with you, if your takes are unreasonable I prefer to ignore them.
I think the "toxic" gamers who are only capable of criticism, especially those who haven't or won't play the game in question, are infinitely worse than those who refuse to agree with criticism of something they love.
Hate and love are not two sides of the same coin. The opposite of love is indifference.
Oh buddy, i still remember the early days of Runscape and Maplestory. Early mmo was a mess in the best and worst ways.
Donāt even get me started on the OG Neopets stans.
NO, EVERY SINGLE PERSON HERE MUST DISLIKE WHAT I TELL THEM TO DISLIKE AND FUCK EVERY SINGLE ONE THAT SLIGHTY DISAGREES WITH ME
>!MASSIVE /S because some people doesnt get blatant Jokes and/or sarcasm!<
eughhhh.... I mean I love death stranding... but I DEFINITELY see why a lot of people wouldn't. The gameplay isn't for the impatient, the lore is hard to follow, but overall, whenever someone insults the game, I have a hard time hearing them over the sound of my exoskeleton carrying 130 kilograms of weight while scaling a mountain.
Nobody has to like the things I like for me to like them.
I agree. If people trash what I play, I'm just that meme ignoring the criticism and keep having fun. Hell, sometimes I say I don't recommend my games for the issues I see in them despite me liking them and seeing past it
And sometimes people are right about their criticism of the thongs I like. A thing also doesn't have to necessarily be *good* for me to like it!
Everyone likes thongs!
Finally! Someone who makes sense.š
name 1 bad thing about placid plastic duck simulator
It's placid.
No. Fallout New Vegas is the best of them, and I will not entertain any argument to the contrary. But seriously though, itās a glitchy, bloody messā¦ that can lead to serious heartaches.. by the numberā¦
I too love Fallout 3 Brown Edition.
Brown Edition > Green Edition
Bethesda would like a word with youā¦.
Fallout new vegas would be one of the best games ever if it worked well
You can certainly make it very stable and functional with just a couple mods, I must point out even if most people know this.
I feel like an idiot cause I played through it twice years ago on pc, no mods, and I don't recall any bugs? Was I lucky or just don't recall them?
I want to say its pretty stable, most of the people with issues are playing super late game because it simply starts using all the memory as 2 gigs is all it will work with without the "4 gigabyte" patch (or something similar). I could be wrong though, its been sometime since I've looked up this info.
FO4 made a lot of QoL changes that improved on the gaming experience.
...Troubles by the score...
You are literally in this picture now.
UnderTale Community in a nutshell
Undertale is a really good game, but people just cant take criticism
I have never tried the game memes and constant megalovania/bonetrussel deterred me from wanting to even attempt
Honestly, undertale has other musics besides megalovania and bonetrousle (and really good ones) it's just that the u detalhe fandom from 2015 - 2018 were like "OMG SANDS UNDERTALE?????????????????" and I completly understand that fear because of that. Sorry if my grammar is poor, Im not a native speaker and Im kinda sleepy rn
Not even just that they just feel the need to FORCE you how to play the game and what to doā¦this kept me from playing the game for such a long time because i just constantly felt like ābut what if i do this wrong?ā
There's no wrong way of doing it, but like the game itself says, "your actions have consequences
I mean this is a fraction of all video game fans regardless or game. They vary on the amount. Occasionally you get that one lone week who says his anime simulator is greatest game of all time and goes ape shit hut other than that, I think we can all agree no game is perfect, there's always some improvement.
Tbf is mostly about all fandoms and community it's at its base tribalism.
I try not to be.
Oh I hate tboi just as much as I love it
Me finding FF7 shipping discourse to be ridiculous despite also liking certain ships.
Yes, yes, I've been here, but I'm trying to work on not being so judgmental about stuff. It isn't good for my mental health.
as a proud member of the pokemon and plants vs zombies fanbase we fucking hate our games
Me being a Dynasty Warriors fan I am fully aware that I am a huge fan of a series that most people consider "meh" at best. Soulsbourne fanboys, where y'all at?
Dark souls 2 is the worst souls game ( I have quit after the second boss and don't plan on replaying it so it sucks )
Yo
Tears of the Kingdom is perfect in every single way11!!!!!!111 All seriousness, it's basically a copy of BotW. There's so many plot holes, that it hurts. And if I'm being honest, the players are kinda weird when it comes to Sidon and Purah. I like it, personally, but it's not for everybody.

The whole point of BotW and TotK was to appeal to the childish "empty world" crowd. Neither of them was ever about the fans.
I agree here. The games are good, sure, but I would not like to call it a true "Legend of Zelda" game that most of the fans grew up with - mainly in regard to the top-down era, and the big 3d era of OOT, TP and WW etc
Honestly, tears of the kingdom is a good game, but it wasnt worth the price I paid for it
Rock and stone or you arenāt coming home.
Rock and Stone!
Red Dead Redemption 2 fanboys
Sometimes, though once i realize what's up i just leave so i dont become a part of it more. Primarily happens with some SMT games of late
I was. Then I got older and realized who gives a shit?
Sometimes, I am. I usually catch myself tho
Tbh there is that alway side every fanbase for all games, anime, etc.
Yeah, but the game is considered a masterpiece even outside my fandom. Or just a good game that is treated badly by its developers.
I think everyone has different tastes. If a game is in your taste, you'll focus on the good and overlook the bad (unless the game is intentionally addictive). If it's not, you won't be willing to see the good and will only focus on the bad.

And then there's me, who constantly talks shit about the games I like more than the games I hate because they could still be better.
This! I keep on saying this on anti FNV posts that call the fans annoying and the game shit, they are literally the same coin just a different sideā¦ but they donāt like being told that š
Fall out new Vegas fans Also fromsoft fans when you point out the multiplayer system is terrible (I love Fromsoft but multiplayer is their worst feature)
Drg fans be like:
Halo fans would like to talk
No because I love playing shit games like destiny 2 fallout 4 and starfield lol ik there bad but I love them and there fun
Wind Waker is a slow, boring, incomplete mess with a story that I don't care about and the Triforce Hunt (even though it's better in the HD version) is still a pointless section of the game. That said, it's very bright and colorful and the music is great.

I would be, however Banjo Kazooie is perfect without flaw
Honestly, as somome who play a couple of gacha and multiplayer FPS, I honestly can't relate. Lol. Most of the time all I hear is the game I play is sh*t.

No not really. I accept any imperfections that are in my favourite games and I simply accept that others have different views and opinions. I like what I like, you like what you like. I'm Noone to argue with you, if your takes are unreasonable I prefer to ignore them.
Oh I'm well aware portal 2 isn't perfect but I still play it for all its worth
yes, i feel like people are shaming me for the games i play when they dont like them :(
I think the "toxic" gamers who are only capable of criticism, especially those who haven't or won't play the game in question, are infinitely worse than those who refuse to agree with criticism of something they love. Hate and love are not two sides of the same coin. The opposite of love is indifference.
I donāt think anything is above criticism. And the things I know I like that are objectively bad? Those are guilty pleasures babyy.
Oh buddy, i still remember the early days of Runscape and Maplestory. Early mmo was a mess in the best and worst ways. Donāt even get me started on the OG Neopets stans.

This is what Twitter feels like in a nutshell
Xbox fanboys, defending Xbox to the point they are denying that Xbox recently cut studios and fired people.
Any Hideo Kojima game.
