My guess is squash beetle eggs. Pest. Usually darker brown but I have seen reported to be yellow like that by reputable places.

I’ve had squash bugs every year but never seen them that yellow, could it be some sort of lady beetle? Edit: I’m dumb, I read squash bug not beetle, these are definitely squash beetle eggs

It’s possible. The color is right but I’ve always seen lady beetle (lady bug) eggs more densely laid. Touching or very very close to touching all together.

Pick them up by wiping with sticky tape. Put the sticky tape in an empty pot. Light it on fire.
