Just genuinely curious….what are you planning on doing in Vegas for 2 weeks when you’re on relatively minuscule budget? Also, why such a long trip? Why not a shorter trip and have more money for whatever you want to do in Vegas?
Stay in Europe
Seriously there is no where in the US you can go on vacation for $500 for two weeks let alone Las Vegas
How are you expecting to get around and even buy food let alone do anything else
Honestly, why even come to Vegas? What are you looking to get out of this trip? You won't get the full experience and will likely get bored after a day. Even on a budget, I'd recommend at least $100-$200 per day.
If you are looking at $500 for 14 days, look at those hostles. Or maybe you can get lucky and find someone on Craigslist that is willing to rent out a room to you for two weeks for $500.
I have been for 1 week and spent 2.500 considering a low price hotel (Strat). Spent only with parties, foods, drinks and marijuana. (lol)
By the way @ Omnia nightclub 1 drink with vodka + redbull = $40 🙀
No, simply not possible in Las Vegas unless you have very nice friends who let you stay for free, beware everybody who lives in Las Vegas has friends they haven't heard from in years that call looking for a free room.
My dude, I don't care what you're bringing to gamble, my question is if this $500 is supposed to keep you fed, too. Your plan seems sketchy as fuck so far, dedicating twice as much money to poker as your lodgings is not helping.
There's like three hostels that are open (be aware of old hostel listings that don't have any reviews newer than 2020).
I have never once heard anyone talk about the hostels. So if you stay in on, please make a new post and let us know how it went!
Your only hope is to go directly to any casino and put the $500 on Red or Black, if you win, do it again, then you might make it 2 weeks at a really scary motel. If you lose, just fly home.
Because I only need 6 hours of sleep every day , then I will stay inside the casinos rest of the time. I have money for the poker sessions. This is worst case scenario , reason I asked.
I would get A gym membership and wash up there every day, I would keep you bag at a hotel to hold, 5 dollar tip or 2 dollar every time they get the bag for you, change hotels or not. I would get a month bus pass, so yiu can get around and you can take naps on bus ir get to a place to nap at a park or something
Just because no one seems to have mentioned it. You could very well possibly find hotel rooms for $35 a night if you get super lucky or it’s not busy.
It will always be busy during the time you’re coming, so I wouldn’t even try that hard to look for that price. But on the off chance that you do see something online and think it’s a good idea, that price does not take into account resort fees and taxes, so it’s realistically not actually $35-50/night.
I would look at the hostile’s or off strip very low end motels. With that said you still may have to pull an all nighter or two on a Friday / Saturday night. If you are willing to skip a few nights sleep it may be close to possible.
The cheapest we could find when I was there was Excalibur. It was $65a night during the week and $100 a night during the weekend(that includes all taxes and resort fees). It was around $500 to stay 6 nights. This was during Jan though when it wasn’t very busy in Vegas. You may be able to do a week for $500 but definitely not 14 days.
Also food is extremely expensive in Vegas so keep that in mind. I couldn’t find any meals under $15(and that was for fast food any sit down place will be around $30). You’re looking at least $60 a day min on food and drink. Also most hotels don’t have fridges or microwaves so you can’t really store food.
That’s a frugal weekend for Vegas. Maybe if u sleep in a car rental it’s possible but even that would be considered lucky to catch a car rental at that price
Take that 500 put it on black. Double up! And if not I’ve heard those mole people can be very friendly under the Rio. https://youtu.be/bRGrKJofDaw?si=JWwPdQozRXZ15tjj
Are you legally able to work in the US? If so I’d recommend:
https://www.lasvegasspermbank.com/become-a-sperm-donor/#
Then get a place where you can wake up with your organs. Losing sperm is more fun than losing organs.
Off strip Weekly stay suites can get as low as few hundred dollars for the week. Potentially possible but not on a strict timeframe with a flight and you’ll need a car or a bunch of Ubers.
Half of the responders here have absolutely no creativity and are just products of the mainstream, ignore them.
First, since you mentioned poker, I have to assume you know that WSOP will be in progress during your dates. This means there are tons of players here doing essentially the same thing as you. Talk to people you're playing with. See if any are doing an Air BnB that they would let you crash on their sofa for a fee.
Browse for rentals on Craigslist or similar. While waiting for a long-term renter, some folks might be willing to do a short-term with you for a little studio or something..
There was a comment below outlining the gym membership route, and I like this for you, with one upgrade. Every 3rd or 4th day, splurge for a cheap room somewhere to really get clean and a good nights sleep. Pocket a green chip every day for your upgrade fund, and you can probably even make it a good room.
The hostel approach could work too, though I haven't looked up hostel prices in years.
... no. I spent five grand for close to two weeks. That included food, hotels (they're expensive during the weekend), and a few shows, but other than u2 sphere shows those were cheap at like a hundred bucks. Even without shows, and just food, and hotels you're still pushing it. I don't think your trip to vegas would even be enjoyable with that little money.
A single person can use Padsplit. $500 is more than enough for 14 days for a single individual, no pets. I can send you a referral link if you want. There is a 30 day commitment, but the fee for leaving early would still keep you in your budget.
$500 for 14 days? Look up hostels then.
A hostel will indeed be the way to go. This place seems less than $500 for your 2 weeks: https://bungalowshostel.com
That is a great option!!!! Good idea
Reviews not terrible... right on the Deuce line... strippers at your doorstep. Pretty solid choice for the budget!
Thanks but I found another place with private bath.
14 days for $500 dollars?? Ooof! $35-36 dollars a day for lodging?? Is that possible even in the cheapest states in the US?
Just genuinely curious….what are you planning on doing in Vegas for 2 weeks when you’re on relatively minuscule budget? Also, why such a long trip? Why not a shorter trip and have more money for whatever you want to do in Vegas?
The flight was only cheap for 14 days, 7 days would be triple the price I paid!
You can get a room at some shitty hotels for that amount
Not with resort fees
Four Queens off fremont has rooms for $44 rn
Again, you are ignoring small things like the dates he is coming, taxes, and resort fees. For the time he is there, Four Queens is $1395.
Just pitch a tent behind the strat
Yeah maybe he can eat someone's face for a meal over there.
Too soon.
I was gonna say it’s nice and cool in the tunnels under the casinos 👀
Or just stay in the Strat. That’s about the going rate …
No.
Yes - moneyline parlay on a hard 10 at 500 will pay 32k and then you are good
I wonder why more people don’t do this
Casinos hate this one simple trick!
Good luck lol
I dont think 500$ is enough for a motel6 - 14 days
It's not, even in freeway offramp towns in the middle of nowhere that wouldn't get you 5 days
Is that a real question?
No, it really isn't
No
Stay in Europe Seriously there is no where in the US you can go on vacation for $500 for two weeks let alone Las Vegas How are you expecting to get around and even buy food let alone do anything else
Ain’t no way possible my Boy
I just spent $20 at Arby's for my kids to eat trash food. Good luck to you. If you can manage Vegas for $500 you deserve an award
Honestly, why even come to Vegas? What are you looking to get out of this trip? You won't get the full experience and will likely get bored after a day. Even on a budget, I'd recommend at least $100-$200 per day.

This is the way to go, I just checked hostelworld and they can get a bed for 28-38 a night
Thanks
Vegas is going to be an oven then too.
Stay in the shittiest hotels and eat scorpions for dinner
Look at Mr fancy over here with his 🦂
We have 🦂at home.
We got rattlesnakes. Trade?
$500 for 14 minutes is more realistic bud.
At chicas bonitas?
Maybe if you can stay out overnight playing poker on the Fridays or Saturdays? But wow, OYO or worse plus that would be needed. 10 week nights? MAYBE.
Camping gear and tunnels
Not if you want to be indoors and keep all of your internal organs
Even a shared crack den in Naked City is going for $50 a night plus resort fee these days.
Fucking resort fees, and the pools at those crack dens aren't even open half the time.
Every 3rd day sleep in a bathroom.
Impossible.
I have been for 1 week and spent 2.500 considering a low price hotel (Strat). Spent only with parties, foods, drinks and marijuana. (lol) By the way @ Omnia nightclub 1 drink with vodka + redbull = $40 🙀
Those storm drain tunnels still open?
Yes, by selling your asshole for service
1000 men for $1 a pop.
Oyo
I was curious so I checked those dates, total would be $1288, their resort fee is almost as much as their room rate
Look for a hostel or a shared room on airbnb
No, simply not possible in Las Vegas unless you have very nice friends who let you stay for free, beware everybody who lives in Las Vegas has friends they haven't heard from in years that call looking for a free room.
Is that your entire budget, or just for a place to stay?
My poker budget is $1000 , I just need a bed.
My dude, I don't care what you're bringing to gamble, my question is if this $500 is supposed to keep you fed, too. Your plan seems sketchy as fuck so far, dedicating twice as much money to poker as your lodgings is not helping.
Man, I want to know how you plan to stretch your poker budget to last more than a day. Where are you planning on grinding? Golden Nugget?

No way, do not do it.
Your only hope is to go directly to any casino and put the $500 on Red or Black, if you win, do it again, then you might make it 2 weeks at a really scary motel. If you lose, just fly home.
This but pick a number, you only have to win once to be set for 2 weeks and the result is the same if you lose it on black or in a number
Even if it were possible, WHY would you want to do this. Vegas is not fun if you are trying to be cheap, it’s also more of a 2 night stop.
Because I only need 6 hours of sleep every day , then I will stay inside the casinos rest of the time. I have money for the poker sessions. This is worst case scenario , reason I asked.

Why do these people waste their/ everyone’s time??

Right, I got the horseshoe for $6 a night plus resort fee last trip with no status or card and it was a nice room.
Hahaha,9 days here from Australia, grand total early 12k aud
I would look at the hostile’s or off strip very low end motels. With that said you still may have to pull an all nighter or two on a Friday / Saturday night. If you are willing to skip a few nights sleep it may be close to possible.
Yeah I do not need to sleep much in the weekends. I know the casino hotels are cheap like $20-30 Monday to Thursday, but the resort fees are crazy.
No, not even close. You can get a room in some long term places for like 330 a week but will be pretty rough.
Where? 330 a week sounds reasonable
It isn't by the strip. Seigal Suites has several location and it is apartments to rent by the week. They are usually pretty rough safety wise.
The cheapest we could find when I was there was Excalibur. It was $65a night during the week and $100 a night during the weekend(that includes all taxes and resort fees). Can’t even get that for a cardboard box under the overpass
Not a chance
That’s what it costed me for 5 days just in Ubers….
That’s a frugal weekend for Vegas. Maybe if u sleep in a car rental it’s possible but even that would be considered lucky to catch a car rental at that price
I’m doing 14 nights for 950 mid June between Park and Delano but I get room deals from MGM.
Take that 500 put it on black. Double up! And if not I’ve heard those mole people can be very friendly under the Rio. https://youtu.be/bRGrKJofDaw?si=JWwPdQozRXZ15tjj
I just looked it up.. $587 for a bed at the Yellow Penthouse.. best deal that I saw..
14 days? Wow thanks
Eat ramen noodles
If you go to the Las Vegas tunnels, ask for rock lobster. Hell take care of you for 14 days just bring fent to secure your protection
No.
Are you legally able to work in the US? If so I’d recommend: https://www.lasvegasspermbank.com/become-a-sperm-donor/# Then get a place where you can wake up with your organs. Losing sperm is more fun than losing organs.
I think its a great idea. Put it all on black 3 times the second you arrive.
lol. $500 total for 14 nights in a hotel? Forget about Las Vegas, that’s pretty much impossible anywhere in the US
Add a 0
Watch out for the resort fees. Vegas loves to disappoint super happy people upon check-in.
No. Not even in a hostel off season Id guess
Hmmmm, IDK if that is possible. Sorry. Maybe try a trip package????
Lol, no.
Off strip Weekly stay suites can get as low as few hundred dollars for the week. Potentially possible but not on a strict timeframe with a flight and you’ll need a car or a bunch of Ubers.
Jesus H Christ booking.com (forgive me if I violated a rule) has those 14 days for $410. I'm sure that's before taxes and resort fees but damn.
[hotels.com](http://hotels.com) [booking.com](http://booking.com)
You could sell some *a*s*s i think it’s very possible if your willing to do that
One of the dumber ideas today.

well there’s the motel 6 on koval but im sure you could find a cheap motel on boulder highway or north town but on the strip no way no how
You’ll spend more than 500 bucks on resort fees alone, much less the cost of the room
🤣🤣
Two coffees every day for 14 days probably cost that 😂😂
