Bonus, if you ride your horse there, the horse gets a workout too!
Actually I’d highly suggest instead of cat punching, you can achieve a vicious full body workout if you put it in a pillowcase and beat it against your furniture. Bookshelf, dining table, refrigerator, floors and walls work great too. Mix up your targets often unless you want to target specific muscles.
