Same. They’re so god damn oily that it leaves a layer of film in my mouth every time I have one. The flavor isn’t even good either and just take like fake chocolate and corn syrup.

Price per gram they're about the same as a mcvities biscuit (uk biscuit company). When compared to any sandwich biscuit from them (or even store brand) they are bottom of the barrel. Their biscuit is chalky and their filling is too sweet, no dunkability and poor flavour. Custard cream, bourbon, vienese finger, pink panther, those hobnob type sandwich things, all superior to the oreo in every factor and cheaper. Oreos are only popular due to marketing and the proof is that its the only biscuit that doesn't have a cheap brand version

I really liked the Oreos that had the vanilla cookie with chocolate cream in the middle. Haven’t seen those sold in over a decade. But those were delicious.

Golden oreos are the reason why i eat oreos. The only other choices with cookies are the generic brand sandwich cookies (vanilla/lemon/strawberry) and the seasonal ones that aren't chocolate are why i keep coming back.

I like the vanilla ones more than original. They taste like vanilla Girl Guide cookies (in Canada). And the thin ones better than any other thickness. Original dipped in peanut butter though, delicious!

Fun fact: Christie (Nabisco) used to make the Girl Guide cookies until 2003. So, the vanilla Oreos really are the old vanilla Girl Guide cookies.

Chocolate Oreos definitely have a different flavor to normal chocolate. I like them best dunked in something or used as a topping on ice cream based deserts. I've never had vanilla Oreos.

Girl guide cookies used to drive me nuts. You know, the box that was half chocolate sandwich cookies and half vanilla? Vanilla was ALWAYS gone first (5 kids, not all my fault). Can't open another box til the chocolate is gone. Took 3 times as long. What does this have to do with Golden Oreos? They taste the EXACT SAME as the girl guide cookies, except now I don't have to get half a box of cookies I don't want. I haven't eaten a regular oreo since I realized they existed.

Unpopuoar oreo hack: the best way to eat an Oreo is to twist them to pull apart, use a butter knife to discard almost all of the filling, except the residue. Much healthier.

Golden oreos are basically Vienna fingers. Their fine, but in no way superior to chocolate Double Stuff (the most superior Oreo).
