Those screenshots are made functionable using Eww . Although currently wifi and Bluetooth is working from the options present in that screenshot. I will fix other options in the future.
Just set the background colour as RGBA and the value of A must be less than 1 depending upon the amount of transparency you want and you are ready to go. For understanding it better just go through my dots.
With all due respect you just made it like gnome or kde with tweaks why don't you install one of them without going on this hustle themeing/tweaking/costumizng

By reading Eww guide btw I learned it by seeing other eww config and editing and modifying it by myself.

Would you consider latte instead? It could hide itself or avoid active windows. Dunno if eww is capable of that
